Yum that looks so good!!!!!!!
Love this so much
Looks awesome 👏
You guys are living the life.
Yes yes
Boy that is beautiful
You are doing a great job
A hundred thumbs up!!!
Yum!
thanks
That Look So Good Nice Video.
Butterfly cut works great
May try that thanks
For thick steaks try a reverse sear.
Let's EAT!
came across this checking reviews on the grill. Since I started smoking I never cook by time anymore, I cook to temp. It makes it soooo much easier and that thing has a probe sensor.
Wagyu on a paper plate priceless 😎😍
Nice color on your fancy Ford truck.
Thank you. That was a huge buying point for us. We searched all over Texas for it
Hi guys, Yumdiddy yum yum yum, Jason got it done! Awesome droolsom food. Love your Airstrem, we don't really see them in England.
My vote is for cast iron also. We have cooked Wagyu several times for special occasions. Sear it on stove top on high for a couple minutes more or less on each side depending on thickness then move to another cast iron skillet preheated on medium high and cover and flip like you did on your grill. When it is done put it on a plate to rest and pour the juices from the skillet back over it. Guaranteed killer man!!!
it all depends what type of wood flaver you like .
Now I am super hungry, nice!!
Missed this one too.... humm? Must have thought it was an advertisement. Oops, my bad. Jason with his pinkey out grinding pepper. So good. I can smell it in NC. 😁
We cast iron pan fry in butter on medium high heat 😋👍scorch the first side, flip it and ladle the butter foam on top and pull it medium rare 👌 crispy on the outside, buttery soft on the inside! Granted we prefer ribeye prime with abundant marbling but I can't fault anyone for preferring another cut. Keep up the great work, love you guys!!!
Will have to try that. Thanks for sharing
$200 steak 🥩 on a 10 cent plate! Love it!
😂😂😂
Looks scrumptious 😋 wifey likes a well done steak. I like mine medium well!! Did a great job, Enjoy!!!
Nomnom!!! If your looking your not cooking! Sorry I just had to! Enjoy to the fullest guys!!!!
Awesome looking steak👍
Can almost taste it through the screen...😛
Lol make sure you don’t lick the screen 😂
Very cool. I love you are going to try different ways and see what taste the best for you. I like to sprinkle the salt on first. I use my fingers because pouring I always put too much and then I do the other seasonings after again because I often put too much salt on if I put it on mixed in with other seasonings. I put it on 2 hours before I cook if I have time and let the steak sit in the fridge. I'm liking this grill so far from what I've seen in the reviews. I like that it doesn't smoke too much because I'm in Japan and need something that doesn't smoke out the neighbors.
🤤 pass the A1 and a napkin!
A1? We will ban you!!! Lol
@@TheCraftyTrucker My bad, that's not a steak from the Sizzler! I mean, pass the Lea & Perrins Worcestershire please!🤤
MrBigR 504 LOL!!
I stumbled upon your channel you guys are so cool
We sure are glad you did thank you so much
Looks delicious even though you way overcooked this beautiful slab of beef. Can’t cook it like a regular American filet. Should only be 1 inch thick and then sear on hot pan for 1 minute on each side. Perfection! I’m inspired that you splurged on this purchase and we’re unafraid to learn how to prep and cook it.
Looks good where is mine lol
You guy's are teasing us lol
You should use mesquite pellets for the true Texas taste
Will have to try that
Love the video. Wish I could eat that
Thank you wish we could share it with you
👍👍👍👍

WOW yumyum that was exactly how I like my steak I will have to try a waygu sometime. I was wondering where's the beef too. I have not gotten e-mails from several you-tube folks I have been on the phone a few weeks, since my laptop crashed Today I got on big computer and got some things fixed I hope. Thanks for sharing. I will be dreaming about waygu
My dad always said charge a lot people will think it's good lol
It''s still cooking when you rest it, so take that into consideration with respect to your cook time.
Jason eat the thing before you push all of the juice out of it! Cast iron skillet is the way to cook a steak!
We will be testing a cast iron next 👍🏻

That thing looked quite tasty there now and that's the way you do it there too but letting your woman tastes it first time too high five to ya Jason and enjoy the nice steak with the wife and have a great day now too
Broccoli salad is the bomb...and I’m not a fan of steamed broccoli.
That looked really delish!! That would even be good marinaded.
wow so happy for you 2..
Great job Jason. I know that you guys are going to need a nap after enjoying such a wonderful meal. I am going to bet you guys shared with the fur babies. 👍🙏💕
Michael Irwin ,Agreed ,definitely is the way to go ,also while in Cast Iron ,I'd use quality butter to cook & Baste ...yumminess❤❗
I wasn't hungry when I first started watching this video, but I am now!
Now I'm hungry. Great video!
Is it possible to taste it over youtube? I can. yum yum
I was waiting for Jason to do a happy dance!! I can say I'm a little jelly. 😂 lol
Get & try "Yoshi copper infused grill & bake mats"

We love our copper grill mat & use it on the grill all the time😉
Yummy that steak looked fabulous😊
where's yer thermo-pen you lucky dog!
Lol we just found we had be in storage. Will be using it more in the future
Just right, medium well just the way I love it!
guess who gets the big one?
I hope you both enjoyed every ounce, that looks lip-smacking good!!! Hey, how about a Cookbook??? You both know your food!!!! A little tip, when cooking a steak that Rich, lean more to under than over, you don't want to feed too much of that wonderful fat to the Grill. BTW my Instructor doesn't believe in spicing great steaks when cooking on a grill, most of that seasoning will burn at high temps.
A good cut probably don’t need it. Makes sense. Not sure we’re that good for a cook book lol
@@TheCraftyTrucker The Cookbook, is about you, it's your story and that part that food plays in it. I bet you have eaten a lot of different things and that in itself is a wonderful story to tell. Adding the recipes just makes it a cookbook. Something to consider, especially as you become more and more popular.
Happy anniversary, you two!
Thank you so much
The middle of that steak looks absolutely perfect to me!!
It sure was thank you
Maaaan that looks delicious!!!
It really was. Thanks Allen
I'm in love with the Traeger 😍 Anytime that I am visiting my daughter and her family and my son-in-law is grilling, the meats he has cooked, I didn't realize until just the other day that it has ALL been grilled and/or smoked on his Traeger
We love our Traeger, use it 5-6 days a week year round...and we live where you actually get a cold winter.
@@dougbriggs4176 I'd love to be living again where there are REAL winters. Our seasons here in west coast FL are spring/summer/summer/sprummer (yes, I did that on purpose...lol. Floridians KNOW what I'm talkin about!) I am one of a select bunch who REJOICE when the outdoor thermometer dips to 65 and lower!
Daaaaaaang!!!!! That looks soooooo gooooood!!!!! Cooked perfectly!!
Work hard, eat hardy. Enjoy. Oh yeah, how sweet it is!!!
Guess you don’t slather it with ketchup huh???!!! 😂
😂 that would be a hard nooooooo lol
Did you two just UMMMM?
Ummmm no lol
Love the Airstream and that steak looks amazing my mouth is watering don’t know who you both love the steak or one and other I have never seen anyone so excited over a steak 🥩
Enjoy it guys 🇺🇸🇬🇧😷👍
Every new experience brings Joy; be it a new truck or a great steak you cooked yourself.
Looks awesome
I need that !
YOU GUYS DID AN AWESOME JOB! Was a little worried when you said 2 mins each side at 450f! The end result looked really tasty! Love Heathers salad too. That fat is good for you too. If you do in the pan you can keep the grease and use for potatoes or eggs!
Mmmmm that’s a great ide. Thank you so much
I loved everything about this tasty tempting cooked to perfection Wagu steak!
Get yourselves a good cast iron skillet! That's the ONLY way to cook a steak on the stovetop.
Got one at home we ordered on amazon. Can’t wait to try it
It's really fun to watch your cooking videos! Jason sure does enjoy your new grill! To take the guess work out of how long to grill the steak, get yourself a ThermoWorks thermometer and cook by temperature. I personally like my steaks well-done, (I know, I know) but all my friends like their steaks med. rare to medium. Once I started using a thermometer I am spot on knowing when to remove them from the grill. Also, just lightly tent the meat with foil to let the steam out, when you let it "rest" before cutting into it. Have fun!
Got one waiting at home for us we will be trying that next time
I’m pretty sure Pamela B and I could be available to sample the Wagyu on the Traeger most any time. We’ll bring the wine. lol🤤 dang that looked good
Steak is my favorite food! I love Tenderloin, but I also like most prime cuts of steak. I definitely want that broccoli salad recipe! Thanks so much for sharing your A5 Wagyu steak with us. I wish you many more happy steak dinners!!
Thank you. We will do the broccoli salad vid soon
I'm so glad you liked the wagu steak. I'm not a meat eater but that's me. Love your videos. God bless and Stay safe♥️🇺🇸🌹
