A literature based dissertation does not require a systematic literature review though or does it? From what I understnd that's a whole separate and sort of stricter method in itself. My method would be the comparison of theories regarding a topic and I would explain the literature I selected as you described.

Thanks for your comment, I'm so pleased you found the video helpful! The best thing to do is brainstorm some ideas about your potential themed chapters using the ideas I shared in the video. So, grab a piece of paper and a pen, and give yourself 5 minutes to write down whatever comes to mind for each of the ideas from the video. You will soon have a series of themes that you can use to structure your dissertation. Don't worry if you start off with 10-15 themes, you can always condense that down into 3-5 once you get going. All the best with your dissertation!

I feel like after every sentence im having to cite something to show proof its not something i just made up. Obviously the discussion section would be my thoughts so there’d be little to no citations but i cant help but feel like im going overboard :’(
