In this edition, Patrick Kamara hosts Retired Major Okwiri Rwabwoni better know as the late Noble Mayombo's brother. Rwabwoni fought as a kadogo in the 1981-1986 NRA-UNLA war and also alongside the RPF in the early '90s. He was also a member of the Kiiza Besigye-led Reform Agenda. He now runs the
Centre for Constitutional Governance.
