As a Mechanical Engineer, I can assure you that engineering mistakes can be costly. Designs, structural integrity and tolerances are often triple checked, and then checked again for safe measure, but sometimes mistakes are made because we're human after all. The important thing is to learn from these mistakes and improve! Great video as always :)
