Worked for Draper Foods in southern MN which is a food distributor. Loved it. Worked from 96-04 before joining the Army. We delivered mostly to schools, restaurants and event centers like the Target Center and the metrodome when it was up. We had out bust times right around mid summer when schools were getting ready to start. Other than that, it was the best Job I ever had. During the summer, it was slow but we got paid our full pay, worked 4 hours, played cards for 4 hours while getting paid and loaded trucks. Hours were around 8PM to 6 Am from Sunday through Thursday nights and every third Friday. Miss that job.

Been there done that. Longest I worked straight was 36.5 hours and it's foolish. The drive home was the worst because it was 45 mins at night

Luckily my dive is only 15 minutes. I've only done 18 hours a day for a week and hit 100hrs and that was tough. I'm about to do a triple shift. Hopefully there's a break in between the shifts so I can get a little nap. But yes it can be very dangerous.

Do you have a system that allows you to put up more hours than you are actually working? All of my overtime hours are done through our EOP system so a 14-16 hour shift only takes me 10-12 real hours. We can only be held for up to 12 for mandatory overtime so its pretty easy. If I were to actually stay for 16 hours I would probably be at somewhere between 20-25 hours in that shift. We have incentive pay too but it's not that worth it when you can just get paid at overtime rate instead. I often get 12 hours done in 8.

We don't have anything like that. If i work 12 hours i worked 12 hours. They can work us as many hours as they want. We don't have incentive pay anymore. They keep track of our time but that's just so they can write us up if we are too slow.

@xqeze6849 damn that sounds rough, I'm grateful our union is strong and the oldheads helped negotiate pretty good terms. Good luck to you through the holidays. Your videos are awesome.

@zacharysmith1865 The only thing my union will fight for is higher wages. Appreciate it. Thanks for watching.

I can use either jack. But I personally like center riders better. They feel safer and I can just go through the jack to get to the other side. Just don’t hit your knees on the jack 😂 and I still walk the center rider just a little less control of the turning

Do you always hide your face with a FULL FACE mask? 😷

Yeah, cause I'd probably lose my job or at minimum be asked to remove my videos, if they could prove that it was me filming at work. After management figured out someone was filming, they put up signs everywhere saying no cameras.

@@xqeze I start at co-op on Monday at $19 per hour. Should I be concerned of stacked pallets falling over?
