😢sadly, I go to preparatory from 7 to 4 and I spent 1 hour and 30 min to translate (so 3 hours in total). That means I've to wake up at 5 and I get back at 5:30 😢😢 But that's not all, all days, I've from 1 to 5 homeworks to do for the next day

You have to listen to your body! There's no magic workout time that will get you fit. Start with 10, 15, 20 minutes, you'll get stronger over time! And definetly don't work out every single day. Your body needs rest! I have two rest days a week, where I just do some yoga or a walk. And my workouts most of the time are 30-60 minutes! But I have been doing this for over two years, so don't compare yourself 💕

As long as you don’t load your breakfast with refined sugars coming from processed food, it’s ok. Because you have there fibre, protein and healthy fats that lower the IG from your meal.
