Such beautiful copies of the Agatha Christie books!! If there's a complete set I would love to see them on my bookshelf. The room looks great. Congrats on that! You gave a good summary of the Van Gogh book... thus far. Such a sad life, yet the art is so loved. I do hope we make it all the way through The Lord even though some chapters don't touch me as much as I hope they will. As in, maybe I'm missing something? But on Romans... today I'm still in chapter 7 so you're ahead of me despite having long notes to read.
I enjoyed The Moving Finger, too, but I don't hear anyone talking about that one. I think there is a "Mitzi" character in A Murder is Announced- she's interesting. 😂Good job getting a room decluttered. I always feel so accomplished when I do that. Then I just want to sit in that space!!
I do love Miss Marple. But I’m still on a slump. Too much work and too much heat. I so want to read lots of things but I can only manage the Albert Campion series by Margery Allingham. I didn’t even pick up Jane Austen!!
For Mary Oliver, my introduction to her was actually through an essay collection of hers, Upstream. I’d recommend that book if you don’t connect with her poetry.

Thanks for the recommendation!
I've also had slow reading this month but I've been really busy. Maybe you should read something really light. That is what i do when I'm slumped.
