    ~FYI~
If you speak Japanese here is a list of ingredients for each sushi:
    www.sushi-nova.com/allergen/
Mimei pointed out there is gelatin in some of the veggie ones, as far as I can see it's just in the Japanese leaf one.

Hi Sharla! I wanted to take a moment to thank you for uploading videos about vegan food for those who will be in Japan. My husband and I will be moving to Tokyo in a couple of months and I happen to lead a vegan lifestyle, so this is refreshing! I'm happy I can still go out with him and enjoy some food instead of just watch him eat. :) Question, is there somewhere in your channel a list of the specific vegan places (or places that you've seen vegan meals) around Tokyo? I would love to try them out once I'm there!

I am really happy that you are sharing this for us. It is nice to see that expat sensitive businesses are realizing that Vegetarian options are good for receiving our business. I was having to import YVES vegetarian sausages from Vancouver because the fake sausages are made out of fish rather than tofu in Japan. I find that Taiwan is far more progressed with the vegetarian stuff.
