He’s a little goofy and his moves are far fetched. Like this women is going to execute the leg stomp and upper cut and then it’s all over. Like come dude, the women needs to carry a weapon. A gun, bear/pepper spray or a taser.

La técnica por sí misma és muy buena, pero podría una mujer con sus energías aplicarla? Quizá con entrenamientos intensivos..
Con buen entrenamiento en muay thai o kick boxing en un año puede plantarle cara a cualquiera una mujer de 50 kilos, aprendiendo en un video, o peor aún en un mal gimnasio, solo puede conseguir que la maten.
La mujer tiene la bolsa en la mano aunque el ladrón tira de ella. Yo creo que si puede ejecutar la técnica.

@@slimboiu3890Wrong. The knee joint is very weak against rapid pressure application from the front (especially when fully extended). If you don’t believe me, let this 71 year old guy snap kick you in the kneecap. Side kicks are even better of course but front kicks will take that leg out from under you.
There’s a very good reason knees are two of the classic seven frontal targets.

In training once, (Krav Maga), I was drilling a move where you slip a punch pulling the guy through while stepping behind him, stomping the back of the knee, clapping both ears then leading the guy to the ground. Guy I was training with was a Muay Thai practitioner. He got it wrong, but more effectively, stepped to my flank and stomp kicked my knee from the side. I shook it off and kept training. Next day, an hour into work carrying large roof trusses my leg started to ache and I realised my knee had swollen to the size of a grapefruit. Moral is, pain doesn't always kick in straight away.

It's a set up to show what to do in this situation. I've used it several times and it works nicely. Thank you. Women need to know those simple tactics.
Could be a set up! Never get involved but make it know that you are there. I had this trick played on me and I didn't take the bait! That's how you end up stabbed!
Finally someone with brains, common sense and consideration.
Asking just any woman to perform a such an attack without snapping her heels is a lot to ask in my opinion.
Not just that, there is no world in which an uppercut of a woman of the same weight is going to knock someone with similar or higher physical coordination or if it even hits.
That’s not self defence that’s a full fight combo. That’s something that hoodlums take away from their boxing experience and bring to the streets. Nothing you hand to an amateur to defend themselves.
Not to mention that this is borderline an attack on the other person and not self defence.
Self defence is not knocking the other guy out but freeing yourself from his grip and making sure you AND HIM get out of the situation safely.
The less means you have to use to end a fight the better. The more smashing you need the less competent you are at handling that situation.
In another context it would mean you are just bad at driving nothing to be sad about. But you really need to know that so you don’t overestimate yourself and meet the curve with 60miles an hour.
Remember just because you didn’t start the fight does not mean someone gave you the pass for execution.
he loves himself and does this for attention,none of this would work in the situation he cherry picks.
