These old school decks are fun to toy around with because it's nice to go back to some really fun formats of decks of the past that were really Op and took a lot of skill to out play the mirror matches 90% of the time.
Also reinforcements of the army and playing warriors in the deck allowed for resilience against things like dust trap shoot sanding other searchers like that and spy or thunder dragons always kind of reset the deck so trap does shoot didn't matter because then you could draw the card potentially in a couple turns that they sent back which is why I only played one trap does shoot against other players who ran some of the similar cards such as spy thunder dragon because I knew that technicality. Which is why I averaged winning more tournaments. It also made it to where I had room to play other cards I also only ran two spy which was a big surprise to a lot of players but that's really all you need. Because you can play things like Spirit reaper or don zelugu and sometimes people attacked into Don zelugu and would lose a card from attacking into it with things like spy thinking magician of faith night assailant and it punished the players that had a conservative place style which would make them lose either their chaos sorcerer in hand or a spell that they were saving. And then of course you could turn Don to attack mode and run over their attack position spy and strip another card from them. Brutal plays also if you got your own Dawn noblement by an opponent it also meant that they had wasted it for your flip effects which means that Don still got rid of a important counter card to your deck. This means you could open up the game stronger some times. Like setting magician sooner and know it was safer to set it. Also op tech was the trap compulsory evacuation. So you could set your magician flip it and send it back to the hand for another use or send a monster like bls back to the hand to hit with spy and let's not talk about cars like spear dragon and it's dark counter part that came later like exarion universe vs a format packed with goats. I loved Yu-Gi-Oh and that's why at one point in time even though I only played it locals between 2002 and 2006 I was ranked 200th player in California. The only big tournament that I went to was the first one that I went to in 2006 in San Mateo which I got 20th place lost to number five seed of the top five players. But yeah thousand knives restrict not just been released I might have won that tournament.
I only played one R break trap because I ran jinzo and favored magic cylinder which won a lot of games. Because remember jinzo don't like traps and magic cylinder was a surprise card that so many people didn't expect like they would match steel change of heart black Lester soldier thinking they were going to go for the win and right into a cylinder game loss... Jinzo also you could set him up by protecting your face down then flip your monster then sacrifice it then special summon your chaos monster with ginza and jenzo would protect your chaos monster from any potential traps so then you could just go off on your opponent punishing them left and right.
I only played two here sorcerer and jenzo went in place of the third because you could do things with ginzo that you couldn't do with a third chaos or sir like sacrificing a flip effect monster to put a light or dark in the graveyard while summoning gen zone negating traps and then summoning blackluster soldier and then like smashing ground or nobleman or creature swap your left over goat in attack mode and go off with 6000 damage BLS and 2400 jinzo if other damage was already done or your opponent was reduced to top decking a monster or you had limiter removal in hand that usually was the end of the game.
I played merchant at 1 and upped my spells over traps so I always hit spells. As things like thunder dragon and spy or even nibble thin deck out of monsters I also played jinzo to dump to the grave for monster reborn to combo Mill jinzo and get rebon off merchant was op combo also creature swap was op flip merchant creature swap for their bigger monster was nice. My build was op back in the day. Smashing ground and nobleman of cross out made it to where you could control what their field was so you got what you wanted off of creature swap combos and I only used 1 scape goat. That's all I needed to set up plays because of magician of faith. Also cool tech was dust tornado because you can play quick play spells off of it like mst book of moon goats enemy controller limiter removal ect... Super control my build was a hybrid of warrior goat control machine beat down chaos control. Brutal OTK turns and very technical control, a conversation play style for grinding games but explosive plays or just overwhelming control.
Fun deck. i found swapping merchant for tsukyomi really helped with the grind games. The main thing I have found it to struggle with is goats. Which card do you think could be best swapped for an asura priest?
I ran Chiron which was like spear dragon versus the goat matchup. I always ran at least one scapegoat and then I ran two creature swap and I kept azora priest. And I did run titsukiyomi because all of that worked well with creature swamp. Whether swapping your own goat or swapping one of your spirit monsters at the end of the turn and then getting back your spirit monster to your hand and retrieving your opponent's monster to your side of the field as a way to steal their creature and leave them with nothing when it came to their turn setting you up for a stronger play your following turn which was a very brutal grindy way to play.
Reoccurring discard fodder for cards like triple Raigeki break and Tribe. You're not always going to have Thunder dragon or a night assailant to discard. I've seen some builds play without it and that's completely fine. It's just personal preference.
To many copies of the same flip monsters. It's too vulnerable to NoC. I didn't see any TSUKs for these flips. Idk, kinda iffy. Then you run Jinzo but also run 7 traps. You're also vulnerable to Royal Decree.

I’m so excited about seeing other people’s builds on Chaos Turbo. I’m digging Thunder dragon Chaos control too.

I hate autocorrect it doesn't recognize Yu-Gi-Oh cards voice to text keeps spelling it different ways.
The ghost destroyer was perfect at two I always ran 2.

you ever run fairy lily in it? Used 2 love a 3400 beater back in the day w/ limiter & call of haunted jinzo combo
ever think of using phoenix wing wind blast over the Rbreaks ? it would combo with dustshoot better
Yes in an updated version I use on dueling book I play 3 wind blast. Both have some perks to them. Really just comes down to preference.
Too less attention for that kinda camera quality.... 1440p with a few hundred subs. Lets just appreciate it xD
Hell yeah ! 🔥
Fun deck. i found swapping merchant for tsukyomi really helped with the grind games. The main thing I have found it to struggle with is goats. Which card do you think could be best swapped for an asura priest?
You can cut Cyber Jar or a 3rd Chaos Sorc for an Asura Priest. These aren't really needed just depends on preference.
Cutting Magical merchant for Tsuk is a solid choice as well!
@@TheRookYGO Thanks for the reply. I've been enjoying cyber jar so I will try cutting a chaos sorc :)

Nice deck, i suggest you to play x3 mof, that cars is sick.
She is semi limit in goat
Clearlyits on the semi limited list
2 is best.
Any Flip monster at 3 is a liability for NoC.
Not running enough lights is a liability with triple Sorcerer, which is probably overkill anyway.
So pretty much standard chaos turbo, to make your video unique, maybe display your side deck
I usually don’t show side decks unless it’s the main deck I use but I could probably start showing the side decks for these 🤔
@@TheRookYGO I mean side decks are essential and a good addition to these deck profiles.
What errata does Goat format use?
Sick
what utility does it provide sinister serpent in deck?

Would you Main skilled dark magician?
Yes, to get over stuff like kycoo and such.

Where did you see Jinzo? lol
Add torrential tribute take 1 raigeki break out
dont use ocg cards, ive been told they are made of a stiffer cardboard
Roi sou novo aqui show we're togethe.💜
3 Sorc LMFAO
this list is outdated
It’s even funnier seeing magical merchant smh laughing as u mill a thunder dragon
