He was trained to wrestle in Tarzan Goto's Dojo. He held numerous titled including the Brass Knuckles titled and the six man tag team title. Hayabusa broke his neck performing one of his trademark moves against Mammoth Sasaki. He would walk again. I can't get enough of this song. It's amazingly haunting since his tragic passing, I feel ashamed that I never got to see this man wrestle.
“Amazingly haunting” could not have put it any better my friend 👌🏻❤️
One of the greatest original theme songs in all of wrestling.
Tie between his and Vampero's Destoryer WcW theme
The Phoenix lives forever!
Best theme ever
I never got to see Hayabusa performed, since I started to watch pro wrestling in 2010, thanks God I played WCW vs nWo: Revenge that made me discover that incrdible athlete. This accident is one of the most heartbreaking moment of the whole industry. When I saw the video showing Eizaki walking once again, it made me shed a tear. Seeing that then crippled man put his feet on the ground finally after 14 long years, it is more emotionnal and more inspiring than any World Title victory. When I read about his passing, I felt like I got crushed by a ton of bricks, a man that I admire, a wrestler of the finest calibre, left us, may his soul finaly rest, he deserves it after such a hard fought battle.
R.I.P Hayabusa, gone, but never will we forget you.
i believe the name of the song is
“Fight With Dream”
I was looking for hayabusa theme from DOA 2 and I came across this gem. I never knew this guy existed. Too bad I never got the chance to see him wrestle.
As soon as this theme hit you knew you were in for something really special. One of the biggest what if’s in wrestling history
I just recently heard that Hayabusa died, and it broke my heart. I watched my first FMW match in 2000, and he became by far my favorite male wrestler in the company.
The Phoenix lives on in our minds and in our hearts.
There will never be another Hayabusa. The ultimate wrestler with the ultimate theme song.
This song rules
It's a shame that he only had the one match in ECW. If he'd been able to work there reguarly, he'd have undoubtably been just as popular as Masato Tanaka. I can only imagine how much he'd have torn things up with Jerry Lynn.
Still have the FMW best of Hayabusa DVD such an unappreciated talent And such a tragic end to his in ring career
this theme is hauntingly beautiful
The Phoenix will fly again
rip
Thanks for the information
RIP to such a legend, Hayabusa.
One of the greatest themes in Japanese wrestling. The legacy of Hayabusha will live on.
one of the best wrestlers ever and one of the best themes. fly high
r.i.p. my favorite wrestler I listen to this song everyday to mourn him and tribute him. 😇😇😢
+Ryan Shepherd I think I lisented to his theme atlast once every day since his death too.
So much respect for Hayabusa :) watched many of his matches in FMW and of course the famous Heatwave 98' match with him and Jinsei Shinzaki aka hakushi from WWF vs Rvd and Sabu. Quality quality match
Hayabusa in our hearts💜
R.I.P. Hayabusa.
when I first watched this guy wrestle it was such a fluke. I found FMW a month ago and was amazed by it so I watched the "best of" videos on youtube. When I saw his first match in the video I was simply blown away, he was so agile, acrobatic and, suprisingly hardcore! I only founf out about his injury I was devestated. He is the best! 'nuff siad. :)
Hayabusaa rulees
rip hayabusa😢
This theme is epic
GOAT
Probably my favorit theme music of all times!
R.I.P. Hayabusa
Sabu and Hayabusa would have been one hell of a match
Apparently it did, can’t find it myself, and to your other comment, this song definitely is hauntingly beautiful, especially after his passing
though I don't know besides from dvds my boyfriend has, you are his idol. he has pics of him and you in your gear with Tommy dreamer and your autograph and your the only pro wrestler I've even seen him cry legitamatley over after hearing you died. Rest in peace Eiji Ezaki
+Heather Svitek what an amazing fan he is. my father and i cried too. your boyfriend was a big fan like my father was. R.I.P Falcon
I used to watch him in ecw i feel deprest knowing all the wrestling heros i like are jailed drunkasses high on drugs or dead
Taking a shit never felt so epic😤
All my favorite wrestlers are dead retired or about to.
Airborne I know this pain
I love his theme
god bless u.. w miss u
Good interlude
what a great theme.
RIP hayabusa.
It's a year today, it still hurts...
Judt downloaded a CAW of him for 2k24 and looking for a theme to give him that is similar to this
hen I was little this guys mask used to scare the shit out of me
Hayabusa, one of the best to ever live. I pray he comes back someday.
RIP HAYABUSA
Still get goosebumps.
hayabusa= living proof that when you take high risks, sometimes you are rewarded and sometimes u pay the price
Song is titled FIGHT WITH DREAM!
My intro to Hayabusa was ECW HeatWave '98 but this is different from that one.
rest in peace hayabusa you will not be forgotten
@CFrango87 They've had several. The most notable is probably the one where RVD and Sabu teamed against Hayabusa and Jinsei Shinzaki at one of the ECW events.
Damn right!!!
He was one of my favorites when I was a kid. I was lucky enough that I was able to do a lot of VHS tape trading in the late 90s before everything was so easily available on the internet. I was heart broken when I heard about his neck injury.
How is he doing nowadays? Is he still involved with wrestling at all?
Hayabusa, Great Sasuke, Keiji Mutoh(great muta without the gimmick) & Jushin Liger are my all time favorite wrestlers in Pureso
+Mrgrimmz99 NO love for good ol' Ultimo Dragon?
+MCShvabo SUPER DRAGON, SUPER DRAGON, SUPER DRAGON
+MCShvabo Dont forget the first motherfucking Tiger Mask
Irgendeinervonunten Yeah he was awesome but he was alittle before my time so it did not catch him up, I loved Mitsuharu Misawa as TIger though.
+MCShvabo oh god I loved Ultimo. His Asai DDT/Dragon DDT is still one of the sickest moves ever. Rollins used it as a regular move but I always saw it as a finisher not a "Oooooh" move. ironically he used Hayabusa's move the Phoenix Splash to alnost win against Cena & Lesnar too. I remember if I had become a wrestler before becoming injures I was learning all of the aforementioned guys moves to be like them lol
THE PHOENIX STAR!!!!!
Makes my eyes water hearing this
mine too sad music
yeah hayabusa and jinsei jinsaki. against RDV and Sabu, and hayabusa fought against sabu in japan too a couple of times
hayabusa should be in wwe Hall of fame
He was never in WWE, so why should he be there?
There are Hall Of Famers that never wrestled in WWE
They don't deserve him in their hall of fame
And that's a really odd thing.
SIP Hayabusa you were the best
Puresoo ruleees
The wrestling industry lost a great hero
R.I.P.
oh ok im trying to get this on my ipod
Rest In Peace Hayabusa!
actually fella, his finishers where the phoenix plash, the stardust press n the shooting star press, the hayabusa special n the falcon arrow were trademark moves.
@hollywoodliberal1 sabu and rvd did a match against hiyabusa and shinzaki in ecw, it was epic
rest in peace
If Ezaki-san ever comes back, I hope I can be there in person. Id be the gaijin going fucking bonkers.
Apparently he has FULLY recovered from his injuries
I hope we see him do one more match soon
This sounds like the theme to a Japanese action cartoon. Pretty cool.
Well excusssssssssssse meeeeee Smark!
It was... or at least the clips of it were. Sabu said in his first shoot with RF Video that Hayabusa modelled his ring gear and part of his wrestling style after him.
What do you think about when you here the name Hayabusa? H? The Phoenix? Or even the legendary career he left behind? Hayabusa, I just want to say thank you and give my goodbye to you, like others said you are now wrestling all time greats in the white land of paradise. The Phoenix never dies! Long.......Live.........H!!!!!!!!!
kool man this rocks do u know how i can get this on limewire.
WTF just got back into wrestling and found out hayabusa died..
RIP, time to bust out my old bootleg hayabusa DVD's i made when i was a kid..
Would have? It happened. There was Sabu and Rob Van Dam vs Hayabusa and Jinsei Shinzaki at ECW's Heatwave '98. Also, years and years ago, I had a videotape with a Haybausa vs Sabu match. Not sure where the match was from, though.
So apparently Hayabusa walks again, lets hope he ha sone more match and that match should be against......CM PUNK! The look on Heyman's face when he hears this music!
@hollywoodliberal1 they wrestled quite a few times in FMW
@hollywoodliberal1
I think they did have a few matches in Japan
@hollywoodliberal1 they wrestled numerous times the matches are all over youtube
real talk.
@Necrokvnt they do that to every one who's not in their loop of things
any body know were to get Hayabusa's themes on mp3 format??
Fight with dream
Thats Ricky Fuji!
いいね
whast's the name of the song??? i like the song ¡¡¡¡
They did have a tag match against each other
Only way I would see it is because He does alot of Japanese scouting work for WWE these days and apparently is good friends with Shane McMahon after the 2 bonded after a photo op during one of WWE's Japanese tours in the 2000s
with a wrestler like Hayabusa there is never a finisher just alot of trademarks ... He could use ANY of those moves to finish his oponent
@hollywoodliberal1 would have??... didnt they have one already??
Alright then...
