I love the message. I wish the music were not so bizarre. It makes a very tense and scary background. The message is beautiful and with more Zen type of music if the speaker would slow down, he would have an amazing episode. I am grateful for the efforts he is making.

Speak less , listen, be okay to be alone.Being alone helps ypu to be at peace , connected , to think and become a better person.However I still believe 2 is better than one , a balance is important .

This would have been so much better if it had no background noise… and if it was not read by an AI narrator. The whole session was very disarming and unsettling. I would not recommend it at all!

The narrator’s voice is AI generated. You need to insert more pauses to allow listener a little more time to mentally absorb the information. The script is very wordy try and edit unnecessary long burst of dialogue. The background music does not fit the theme of mindfulness. Congratulations in order.
