Mark! What a great idea for a video, I laughed my ass of watching it :DI'm also planning to hike the Retezat National Park in the summer of 2018, can you tell me which map or trail have you guys been following? It's so cool you've managed to connect hiking the trail with the city afterwards!
Thanks Dominik, it was a lot of fun to make the video :D We used a 'Tourist map' of Retezat Mountains made by Bel Alpin. Each day, we decided which trail we would follow to get back in the village on time to take the train to Timisoara, based on the weather and recommendations of other people we met along the way. So there was no 'standard trail' we followed :)
