ഈ ഫോൺ ചെയ്ത ആൾ പറഞ്ഞത് മുഴുവൻ അദ്ദേഹത്തിന് കുവൈറ്റിനെ കുറച്ചു ഒരു ചുക്കും അറിയില്ല എന്നതിന്റെ തെളിവ് ആണ്. കുവൈറ്റിൽ ഓരോ ബിൽഡിംഗ്‌ പണിയുന്നതിനും അതിന്റെതായ നിയമങ്ങളും സേഫ്റ്റി നിയമങ്ങളും ഉണ്ട്.. ഈ ബിൽഡിംഗ്‌ 6 ഫ്ലോർ ആയിരുന്നു. ഇത് വരെയുള്ള KFD regulaion അനുസരിച്ചു 10 ഫ്ലോറിന് മുകളിൽ ഉള്ള ബിൽഡിംഗ്‌കൾക്ക് മാത്രം ഫയർ അലാറം & sprinkler സിസ്റ്റം വെച്ചാൽ മതി. ഒരു emergency staircase മാത്രം മതി 6 ഫ്ലോർ വരെ 7-14 floor ആണെങ്കിൽ 2 staircase വേണം. ഈ building ന് basement ഉണ്ടെങ്കിൽ basement യിൽ മാത്രം sprinkler വേണം അതും gravity പ്രഷറിൽ... അതുപോലെ dry raiser landing valve വേണം 6 floor വരെ.. 6 ന് മുകളിൽ wet landing valve ആയിരിക്കും. പിന്നെ batchler ക്യാമ്പ് ആയതുകാരണം എല്ലാം ഫ്ലോറിലും 2 fire extingusher ഉണ്ടാവണം.. ഇതൊക്കെ ആണ് KFD റെഗുലേഷൻസ്.

Short circuit chances may be there . But what happened to the smoke detector? Incase of short circuit the circuit breaker will get tripped automatically. The fire may destroy the electrical fittings and wiring. The fire will lead to heavy smoke which may carry over by the centralised ventilation system. But as per the safety system incase of fire the ventilation supply fans should get off. Exhaust fans should run for pushing out the smoke. Meanwhile the alarm system will announce and warn the personnel for taking the safety measures. In most of the apartments are lagging the safety measures. In India , high rise buildings are following the safety precautions/ measures as it’s mandatory. Small apartments are allowed to construct with minimum safety . Escape routes are not provided in most of the buildings. Wide staircases and lifts with emergency backup are the safety measures.

90% expat living residential buildings have no fire system. And I have lived there for 10 years and I know it. Also there is no sprinkler ,no hydrant , no extinguishers etc. And no inspection from MOI also. Even they don't have fire hydrant in any street. Well employees were not over crowded they had spaces to play games, watch TV and other accommodations which you can't imagine. I have played chess with these people in many camps in kuwait. It's not like dubai camp or qatar camps. And the building was 8 year old. And they didn't have separate step or emergency ladders to get out. If they had this sure no fatalities would have happened. First of all try to talk to people in kuwait. Then understand and evaluate. But many won't say it ,because they will get deported for commenting against them.

90% expat living residential buildings have no fire system. And I have lived there for 10 years and I know it. Also there is no sprinkler ,no hydrant , no extinguishers etc. And no inspection from MOI also. Even they don't have fire hydrant in any street. Well employees were not over crowded they had spaces to play games, watch TV and other accommodations which you can't imagine. I have played chess with these people in many camps in kuwait. It's not like dubai camp or qatar camps. And the building was 8 year old. And they didn't have separate step or emergency ladders to get out. If they had this sure no fatalities would have happened.
