I have same problem to auto lock off the screen at 2:00am. Would you show me the your Macrodroid setting for " Unlocking the screen without touching anything "??
    Thank you

Hi Simon. I use DCF77 emulator for exact same model and synchronization time is much shorter compare to JJY emulator.

Nice idea! I have couple of older android devices laying around that I can use exclusively for this. Do you really need the headphones plugged in fo this to work? Is the idea at they work as an antenna? I wonder if I need to place the clock so near the phone or if the radio signal will go across the room? Thanks for this great idea!

Try it without the earphones, but from what I read online you're better off using the earphones because they're supposed to act as an antenna yes. The radio signal will only travel a very tiny distance, a few cm at the most. I ended up building a raspberry pi (if you check my channel or type in "simonthewatchguy raspberry pi" you'll see it) and that automatically gets the signal every night and sends it to the watch. However, this method does work but requires a lot of patience and tweaking until it works smoothly.

@@simonthewatchguy6073 thank for the answer! I'll check your video with the raspberry pi, but I don't have the know-how with such devices. My best bet is building some sort of stand with an old phone and the headphones rapped around somehow as a nightstand. The only problem is that I like sleeping with my watches on! 😀

Is there any way to automate it like with an Apple phone by chance?

I tried but had no success. So I built a raspberry pi to do that for me.

Neither the JJY Emulator nor the Clock Wave apps for iOS are working for me. I always get the high signal reading, but sometimes it won’t set the correct time and it NEVER shows High when I press the button when done to confirm synching (in this instance, High means “yes” rather than confirming signal strength). It’s ok though, I can adjust it manually just fine, and I’ll rarely need to adjust it anyway due to its accuracy and perpetual calendar. And I absolutely LOVE the watch AD1080-53L).

I'm having the same problem. Did you ever find a solution?

@@well69 I did manage to get it to work a couple of times just testing it, but not consistently. I just set it manually now, not a big deal since it only gains maybe 4-5 seconds a month tops (and I’m used to automatics so that’s plenty good). I do love the watch, pretty much ticks every box I could want and more.

Or, you could just manually do it from your phone???
