You can find those now on amazon. I picked one up just for fun (played Mellophone in H.S.). The mouthpiece (which is a piece) that came with it has "Saimusical" stamped on it. And yep, they're from India. DEFINITELY a far cry from professional grade but its fun to play still =D
Not really. Most of the China and India ones are barely middle school quality. Depending on the sound you want, there are different bell shapes and I prefer the 1915-1928 ones for jazz. You can get one reasonable and have it tricked out by a pro to make some serious music. I play a jazz hound trumpet from 1927 as my main trumpet so your mileage may vary...

You can extend that bottom range on some horns with a bigger cup on the mouthpiece.... depends on the bell shape.

I Get the same 4 Valve flugelhorn, I did notice the entonation problem, can it be fixed?

I sold it for super cheap. Some horns are worth having just for FUN.
The old horn sounded the best by far.
Yup! I have the same horn but I added a kick to the 3rd slide. Love it!
