I experience reality shifts very often, typically at least once a day.

I started noticing this after i was reseaching atomic clocks and i watched something i shouldnt have watched because thats when my jeans disappeared and nobody believes me
So today something weird happened. Nothing big, but still I wanted to share. During the lunch, I was cutting bread with a knife. All of the sudden I got distracted by the noise that was coming from the outside, so I went to close the windows. As I got back to the table, I asked my mom where is a piece of bread I just cut. She was like, I guess you didn’t cut it yet. There was no cut piece of bread. I didn’t cut it. But I do remember cutting it. It all happened in few seconds. Not only that I have memory of cutting the bread, but I also felt the friction from cutting. Weird. A moment later I also felt some strange vibrations, like some bubbles were around me and traveling through me. I can’t explain it well. So not sure if I am crazy or I shifted today. :)

How did you do it?
@pukicat very focused on what I want. I make a firm decision, and I know I will follow through no matter what with my decision. Plus, take any action necessary. For me, that usually requires courage. The universe rewards courage. Very important to feel as if you already have it. Also gratitude. If you feel as if you are lacking whatever you are focused on, you will continue manifesting that lack. Get to the point of being okay either way whether you have it or not. A lot of times the universe will bring you something better.

Damn i see 111, 222, 333 ,444 only and saturday i saw 888 for the first time andni can feel and see im in a different reality, certain people are gone, old ones are back that have disappeared for months, so many name changes and geographical changes and even a capital city ive NEVER heard of, Brasilia, where the hell did it come from?????? All the cats that visit my house are now gone, silver doesnt spark in the microwave, the UK is now an hour behind my timezone and it was an hour ahead, family members personalities have changed. Ive had 2 NDEs in 2007 and nothing has been concrete in my life since it keeps changing and im starting to see now whats going on but im so confused about all this. There are things in my house that just literally disappear and i always joke with my dad (its only me and him) about the reason being me taking them to different realities but its starting to make sense now because there is NOBODY else that lives or visits us who could take these things, they just gone from one day to the next.
The existence of mandela effect prevents or at least causes the 'Revelation of the Method/a.k.a skawy satinizts' to be an enormous challenge for the Conscious (lmao) Dark (guffaw) side.
