Service Change: Because of Signal Problems at Grand Central-42nd Street, Bronx bound (4) and (5) Trains ran Local from Grand Central-42nd Street to 125th Street.
Planned Work: Because of Track Maintenance, Downtown (4) and (5) Trains ran Local from 125th Street to Brooklyn Bridge-City Hall
Planned Work: Because of Track Replacement, the following Service Changes were in effect:
1. There were no (2) Train Service between 135th Street and East 180th Street
2. There were no (5) Train Service between 149th Street-Grand Concourse and East-180th Street
3. (2) Trains were rerouted via the (3) Line to/from 148th Street
4. Free Shuttle Buses provided alternate service between 148th Street and East-180th Street
