Asalam o alaikum my sisters,
I hope and pray that you all stay happy and healthy. I have tried my best to show you how I managed the iftar with a demanding toddler. Thank you for the appreciation in advance because I know you always appreciate me. It was hard filming the entire process but not impossible. I hope you enjoy!😊

Ingredients For Dough:
• All-purpose flour 1.5 to 2 cups (start with 1.5 and keep adding more as needed)
• Instant yeast 1 tsp
• Salt 1 tsp
• Luke warm water 1 cup
• Oil 2 tsp
Ingredients For Garlic Butter:
• Butter 3-4 Tbsp
• Garlic cloves 4 -5 or more if your it more garlicky
• Chopped Parsley 2 Tbsp
SPICY BUFFALO WINGS

• Corn starch for coating the wings as needed
• Corn starch for batter ½ Cup
• All-purpose Flour ¼ Cup
• Wings with skin 1 Kg
• Paprika 1 teaspoon
• Garlic Powder 1 teaspoon
• Chili powder 1 teaspoon
• Baking Powder 2 teaspoons
• Salt 2 teaspoons or to taste
• Black pepper 1 teaspoon
• Water 2/3 cup
• Buffalo sauce 1/2 cup
DINNER ROLLS

• Flour 3 Cups
• Yeast 1 + ½ teaspoons
• Salt 2 teaspoons
• Lukewarm water 1 Cup
• Honey 2 tablespoons
• Olive oil 2 tablespoons
• Egg 1
• Sesame seeds (optional)
RED VELVET COOKIES

• All-purpose Flour 1 + ¼ Cup
• Powdered Sugar (Icing Sugar) 1/3 Cup
• Cocoa Powder 2 tablespoons
• Butter 120 gm (should be softened at room temperature)
• Red food color 1 tablespoon(or as needed)
• Vinegar 1 teaspoon
• Vanilla 1 tablespoon
GULAAB JAMAN

• Milk powder 1 Cup
• All purpose flour 1 tablespoon
• Baking powder 1 teaspoon
• Fresh cream 1 tablespoon
• Oil 1 tablespoon
• Egg 1 (large)
• Sugar 1 Cup
• Water 2 Cups
• Cardamom 3-4
• Pistachios as needed
VANILLA RISOTTO RICE PUDDING

• Kiri squares 5 (or Puck or Philadelphia cream cheese 5 tablespoons)
• Milk 600 ml
• Vanilla 1 tablespoon
• Risotto Rice 100 Grams (or any rice of your choice)
