Isn’t the jcb a bit new to be throwing up those codes, if it’s only when the back actor is in use , I think you’d be better off getting a crowd to delete the adblue off the system, there could be hours given there trying to figure out what the issue is, be it a sensor that got a knock or a wire that’s stripped that the use of the backhoe stretches or something like that, that would be my solution, I don’t know how your dad can stay sitting on it when it’s blaring all the time

Try using the back actor without turning the seat around. If it works okay the problem may be the auto idler function or seat censor.

Two more things to try. Disconnect the battery and leave for a few hours to reset the ECU, there are UA-cam videos on this for cars. If that don't work, I'd disconnect the sensor that tells the ecu that the backactor is operating,if you can find it! I taught it might be in the seat. I don't have a 3cx, But you may well have to get the laptop mechanics to sort it out.
Fully up with addblue see will go away
