This is really great. I have never combined the A minor pentatonic scale with A Aeolian scale before and this works so well and sounds fantastic. I'm just an older intermediate beginner and I am really making this guitar sing better than I thought I could. Thank you....you have opened a new door for me......

Aeolian is another name for minor
So a minor to e minor. Pentatonic scale is just 2 less notes than the aeolian. A pentatonic is A C D E G and A aeolian is A B C D E Gflat G

This could easily be an Yngwiefied chord progression for G&R's Don't Cry. The Esus4 sounds so good there. I like this format of showing fret board diagrams, chord charts and player tips. And especially the varients so it doesn't get totally repetitious. Genuinely fun to jam with.

Great track to play along with, thank you. I absolutely love the way you display suitable scales on screen which is a great learning tool for anyone - knowing you won't hit a bum note even if you're unfamiliar with the scale and really allowing players to learn them in a fun and musical way - using them to make music, encouraging experimentation and training your ear, rather than just plinking up and down them like a robot. This track makes it so easy to play some beautiful sounding phrases, you just know where it wants you to go somehow.
Definitely one of my all time favourite backing tracks and has given me some awesome feeling moments - almost making me feel I can actually play reasonably well sometimes.

Definitely one of my favorite bt’s. I have a few I have saved that I like but this one, absolutely love it. Bad ass that you also put tips, scales, and explanations of everything so anyone can jam and get going. Love it.

Looks like he's got the rights reserved... A lot of artists will let you do that if you buy a copy from them, like on bandcamp, or through their website, though.. But he's got the rights reserved... Good luck.. (usually only a dollar...) But it depends on the artist... There's a lot of work involved, even starting from a midi file and recreating the song, lots of studio work involved...
