Gary Nurse demonstrates his advantage of having disproportionately longer legs compared to his upper torso. He has great lines. A very neat dancer and always adds a touch more than his compatriots. 👍

I remember seeing these guys at Electric ball rooms in Camden way back in the day when i was a break dancer, i knew that i would get into this amazing dance form eventually, there was a guy there called Popeye he was a quality body popper, i also remember a guy whom i believe would have given Michael Jackson a bloody good run for the money.....he was an awesome disco dancer.
Funny you write this, as I am Danish and I go to London quite often (not now though) and I vaguely remember seeing these guys dance somewhere in London. I might have been in Camden Town. I was mesmerized by their skills. Still today watching this, it gives me goosebumps.
This is the earliest version that I could find of this record. It's from 1927/28. ua-cam.com/video/WUElr_1D038/v-deo.html This version that the idj crew are dancing to is from Lalo Schifrin and is called the Peanut Vendor. This version is from 1964.
