You said on windows 11, not 10. It is real unuseful for windows 11 users, because the compiler can't be seen inside the application.

After this i wrote the code and the compiler didn't open, what worked for me was going to >> settings >> compiler settings >> selecting the most recent language standard, in my case c++20 2017 where it says General. Where it says Selected compiler i had for default: GNU GCC Compiler. Thank you a lot!

no.. just download codeblocks which have mingw setup.

What happens if you have an old version (13.01) of codeBlocks? Does installer install over old one or does it delete old version first? Is it required to uninstall old version first? Old version doesn’t work correctly with Windows 11!
