You guys have the best luck, your stories would be so hard to believe if not right here on film. I'm loving the crab education. I finally got a boat but missed the season. Puget sound) I'll be ready.
I've done the halfs and used a large pressure cooker with an open port to steam. Seems to cut down on the cooking time and produce a better tasting crab than the traditional boil. Great video!
Had a whole lot of Chesapeake bay blue crabs when I was growing up, but once I tried a Dungeness crab it became my all-time favorite. It's not the most expensive species on the market, but it's the best tasting as far as I'm concerned. I break them in half and steam them for fifteen minutes, and eat them with just some melted butter with a smashed garlic clove in the butter. They really don't need any heavy seasoning at all.
Can you guys make a video strictly on organizing tackle and what you take to the river on a day you’re fishing only from the bank ( if you ever do that) and if you are what you take with you!
I'll tell ya what, my mouth is literally over flowing with droll right now watching y'all eat those 🦀! And y'all were out there what, maybe an hour or so??? Unbelievable!! Another great videos guys. Y'all keep up the good work, keep being great stewards of the seas and streams, God bless yall, and stay safe! Your friend, Jerry H Durham, NC
Nice haul! I thought I’d offer an alternate cooking suggestion My family always threw a handful of pickling seasoning in the boiling water. It adds a nice devilled sort of flavor. I also never cared for melted butter and prefer a mixture of mayo and “Tiger Sauce” for a dipping aioli. I dare you to try them both. :)
I’ve never been crabbing before. What is the best tide ( high or low) to to go crabbing? How deep? Love this video. After watching, my girls can’t wait to go.👍
Camron, Jordan , Marlin, and the rest of the crew where do you guys call home. I mean do you live in Portland or Washington or on the coast. I'm from Newport fish for rock fish and lingcod, and salmon. Razor clamming tried surf perch fishing with no success yet
You can actually leave the females in your trap and it's like more bait for the males. Idk if all crabs have breeding seasons or it's just year-round and you did so well you didn't need more crabs but just a tip for future crabbing.
I wonder if the WA fish and game is going to hit the like button. The limit on the coast is 6 per person. And the crab must be 6 inches across the back . Unless you're in the Columbia . Then it's 12 person and 5 3/4. You guys really should start telling where you a fishing and crabbing at. Going to get some people in trouble. And the limit in the Sound is 5 and the crab must be 6 1/4 .
The crab vids are awesome
2:28 "the heck"
lmao, Cameron is hilarious with the deadliest catch references
Cameron: "We got a beautiful day on the Washington coast"
Me: Yes, the thick western smoke is surely beautiful up there isn't it Cameron.
So totally jelly. Those crabs look so AMAZING!
Nothing's better than fresh!
Love the crabbing video. Nice full pots. I am going in a couple of days.
Poor Clint!😂👌🏽

Dungeness is my favorite. I prefer it to king crab and snow crab.
Just been crab fishing myself today - awesome! 😁
I was SO waiting for Jordan to pop around the corner to grab some lol!
Thanks for inviting guys!😏

Crabbing in the bays has been awesome this year

set them going into a high slack is usually the best. try and find sandy bottom for dungeness
Do you scrub the crabs with a brush before you cook them? Often times they are pretty dirty.
Not usually
Good vid guys. Hey how do you keep the crabs after you cook them? Can you freeze the halfs or do you pick them and then freeze the meat?
Thanks
Where did you Guys put in for the boat? looking to go here in the next week and new to area. Thanks
I want a husband like that! Bringing crabs home.. That's the dream.

What water access do you use?
I would love to get my family out there
They won't say because every asshole and their brother would be out there if they did.
Defeat the algorithm
Where was that at? like to try that area. I would love to take my kids out there. Would you mind giving me some info?
I'm guessing crawdad on Wednesday.
He said if it bites him, pinchy pinchy, legal
😊
Send me an invite - I’ll bring butter and beverage!
where were you guys crabbing?
What's behind his ear haha...
You said you were in Washington were it’s 6.25 in and 5 crabs a person?
Not all areas.
Addicted Fishing what areas? I think you guys need to check the regs. Wa is 6.25in
Erik Homer Columbia River has a daily limit of 12 Dungeness Crab, 5¾” minimum size, males only, and in hardshell condition.
Someone has some explaining to do with in why crab is so expensive.
Need to train your master baiter better.
How did Marlin weasel in there?
You can actually leave the females in your trap and it's like more bait for the males. Idk if all crabs have breeding seasons or it's just year-round and you did so well you didn't need more crabs but just a tip for future crabbing.
72 crabs for three guys on the boat? Isn’t the limit 4/person?
They said the limit was 12. I didn’t know the limit was 12 anywhere in Washington. I’ve been crabbing the wrong areas lol
5 guys on the boat. 12 per person.
Ben Mirka well that’s a nice haul of some big fat crab anyways.
Addicted Fishing thank u for clearing that for me! Nice haul! That’s some good eating.
Sometime I question why you don’t have a million subscribers. Smh how old is your channel?
👍👍👍🦀🦀👍👍👍

We broke no laws, Cameron knows the regs and where we were. WA fish and Game does watch our videos. A few of them are actually big fans!
what’s the point of keeping so many. kind of excessive
Booooooooooo
