Most cabinet owners will hide the fact that their cabinets are not on the official network and most private networks forbid players from posting publicly about the network. An actual arcade like this is relient on a positive relationship with Konami to be able to operate their games in a legal way and would never risk upsetting Konami like that. WGC's niche is to provide a way to play these older games. If it was 100% okay and Konami didn't mind they would surely do something like that.
