To me, werewolves are the coolest yet scariest creatures/monsters out there. I don’t think there’s anything that can really inspire so much fear in a person than an alpha predator that only cares about feeding and brutally killing its prey. Keeping this in mind, I have to question why I listen to these stories late at night when I know I won’t sleep after listening to them.

I come from a village with many stories, but they were always about strange things that many might call magic. Although, being surrounded by forest and having a lot of wolves, no wonder we had so many werewolf stories. Here is one our friend told us after being lost for 2 days in the woods. He went too far one evening and once it got dark he got lost. Next morning he wasn't able to recognize anything around him. He was 9 btw. He wondered through the woods all day, supposedly not crying, when it started getting dark again. That's when he met this man who didn't ask any questions but offered to walk him back to the village. By the time they got to the edge of the woods it was very dark. They walked a bit down the field when the man told him to precede alone, and requested my friend not to turn around. He said he tried not to look but he was too curious. When he looked back he saw a wolf walking back into the woods and not the man. What do you think?
This one time I was in the woods near my house and I saw this actual real dogman and even interacted with it. It had a head shaped like a German Shepherd and it was the same colours too. We locked eyes for a seemingly endless four seconds or so before he ran straight towards me. The terrifying thing though was that when I encountered this particular dogman, he (definitely a he because I saw his willy) was actually moving around on all-fours. So he charged towards me but I decided to stand my ground because I thought that running could provoke an attack. When he got right close to me I held out my hand in a non-aggressive way, he gave me a couple of sniffs and then rubbed his head against my hand. I was astounded! He ended up being very lovely and especially liked being scritched behind his pointy ears. He was a hecking good dogboi.
Back then: I have no clothes, it's sunrise, and I'm alone far in the forest. I must be a werewolf. Now: I have no clothes, it's sunrise, and I'm alone in the woods. That party was awsome
Awesome! I love this kind of stuff! All really cool stories! The narrator is good too! I just set my phone down, kicked back, and listened to all 5 stories. It was almost like sitting around a campfire telling ghost stories. 👍👍 The full moon, and clouds were a nice touch too! It even had spooky music in the background. These stories seem pretty credible also. Werewolves have always been my favorite monster! I hope they do exist, even though I'd probably freak if I saw one! I don't scare easy either.

The story of the third encounter in story five sounds questionable to me. After the first two encounters Sean would have been convinced of what he saw and none too willing to be home alone at night. The creature at that point knew where he lived and could easily have gotten into his home. Which would have made the thought of staying home alone at night frightening for anyone in that position
I have some questions about story #3: So Natalie's family kept the garage open to the outside, or this creature was able to manipulate a door to get into the garage? If it can manipulate a mechanism to get into a garage it can't open a door? It was human at some point enough to break into the garage, and also to escape Natalie's father, but didn't want to get inside badly enough after being spotted that it was deterred by Natalie shutting the door? Natalie said her caffeine supply was getting low, but also that her father and dog checked out the garage while she was scared hysterical; as bad as the damage was, she couldn't see it from the light of the hallway? If the door had been torn from the refrigerator shouldn't the light of the refrigerator still have been going(assuming it was still plugged in)? Also, since it was getting low, wouldn't that mean she had had a soda earlier, if she was being lazy earlier then she would have gotten one from the garage and the damage happened between the time that she got the soda and when the father inspected the garage. Natalie said her family showed her the garage all torn up. But it was only a moment from the time she screamed until her father came. Meaning that all the damage must have been done before her Father came, no one in the house, the dog included heard the sound of the attached garage being torn up? No glass shattering, no tools jostling, no refrigerator doors being tossed aside?
I believe Dogmen exist, that said thank you for this comment. I thought the same thing. There is no way it thrashed the garage without anyone noticing.
I've never heard of dogs killing cattle or wildlife anywhere out here in the Netherlands... But in the woods near my house there's a road that is very similar to the one described in the story.

I have a theory for the #2 story. What if the farmer was the werewolf? Think about it! He outright denied he lost any sheep, he had a cage on his property and there were more sightings in the same area? What if the farmer was lying he lost any sheep to try and cover up that he was the werewolf?

"Werewolf in my garage" was the scariest to me mostly due to just how much this seems to happen to humans, as the only reason these creatures could get in is if the garage door was unlocked or a vent entrance, and seeing a towering frame and predatory eyes standing just mere feet away is extremely disturbing to me. The darkness trying to hide something that you can't see and not looking could result in a horribly brutal end. I warn all humans to be careful even in garages... even in neighborhoods as you don't know what could be lurking in the shadows... waiting for your back to be turned.

I heard a real life werewolf scream behind an old abandoned house next to a large 2 mile field behind my house. At 3 a.m. my blood went cold. I've seen claw mark tracks where one jumped over an 8 feet tall gate and fence and landed on the other side. It was 2003.

Interesting for sure. What I was referring to was the way the stories are told they don't sound like a person's actual experience but a story you would read in a book. A person telling an actual experience would tell it as you did. But yes I do think people see strange things but who knows what they are. I'm sure that must have caused you quite a fright. I think I would probably just stand there and not believe my eyes. Thanks for telling me about your experience, I like to hear about true encounters.

"Werewolf in my garage" was the scariest to me mostly due to just how much this seems to happen to humans, as the only reason these creatures could get in is if the garage door was unlocked or a vent entrance, and seeing a towering frame and predatory eyes standing just mere feet away is extremely disturbing to me. The darkness trying to hide something that you can't see and not looking could result in a horribly brutal end. I warn all humans to be careful even in garages... even in neighborhoods as you don't know what could be lurking in the shadows... waiting for your back to be turned.
Darkeness Prevails, no, thank God! never seen such things, but once i saw the human skeleton, it jumper over me when i was sleeping; it happen 10 years ago in Los Angeles, i remember i was very scary, and couldn't understant what was going on; couldn't sleep either after that!

i believe it's possible for something like this to actually exist out there in the world. But I don't believe that it's something that transforms from man to wolf and back again. I believe it's always in werewolf form.

I heard a real life werewolf scream behind an old abandoned house next to a large 2 mile field behind my house. At 3 a.m. my blood went cold. I've seen claw mark tracks where one jumped over an 8 feet tall gate and fence and landed on the other side. It was 2003.
These stories are fun to listen to but I don't believe they are real accounts.

crystalheart9 I'm not sure about these stories but dogmen do exist in southern Wisconsin. We seen one. Only 20 feet away so yeah they exist. It was in full view so no doubt in our minds. Now we wonder how they exist not if.......
Interesting for sure. What I was referring to was the way the stories are told they don't sound like a person's actual experience but a story you would read in a book. A person telling an actual experience would tell it as you did. But yes I do think people see strange things but who knows what they are. I'm sure that must have caused you quite a fright. I think I would probably just stand there and not believe my eyes. Thanks for telling me about your experience, I like to hear about true encounters.

I had a werewolf encounter with a friend who is 23 I am 26 I was in a cabin it was about 10:30 I am peeing then a roar came out I looked out the window then I turned pale what I saw was a 10 foot 5 dog I ran to the room my friend was he said what's wrong I say there is a 10 foot 5 dog outside and he got a knife I got a m19 and a silver knife and ran out side and shot the dog it snapped at me my friend stabbed it it roared in pain then I stabbed it then it ran away then I never saw it again
Rene the dog did have the knife. Maybe they should have maybe NOT try to shoot and stab living things.
