Thanks worked for me btw the black tube if it is broken use 5mm x 2 connector and
5mm ID x 8mm OD Clear PVC Tube - Water/Air Hose Pipe to rejoin them
Great advice. Yes mine split as it's a weak point and flexes every time you open and close the bonnet. I've got a join to put on mine so I might make a video about that when I do it. Cheers.

@@davechapman8715 I did but it just moved the problem to another part of the pipe where it bends, it’s a poor design. I did put a join on and lots of duct tape round it! But I didn’t make a video as it wasn’t great
Cheers ive just ordered some rubber tube and some connectors to sort the repair.
Little tip for anyone doing this. I bought the nozzles off ebay for £5 and they were rubbish. They just shot a stream of water. Turns out the genuine ones from VW are around £8. Buy cheap, buy twice I guess.

I'm being told that "heated" nozzles are needed for my van because regular ones wont' work. is this the case? Thank you.
Maybe yours are already heated and that’s the replacement ones needed. Else I’m not sure as mine are standard
