It's so perfectly related by my life. My school has started this Monday , and my schedules are messed up , and literally messed up. It's literally process which makes me happy and i am glad I am being happy with my process. 30 days challenge is literally started bhaiya , Meditation , Excercise , 5 hours of dedicated study and at last which I wanted most learning to be calm and living without any regrets. And certainly i am living without regrets:))) You are just motivating me for over an Month and of course I would do it every single day... #challengeforbetterness
The Only thing I have realized over time and creating content Is : Distractions have become a Cliche , Everyone is is paranoid :sad: and Demotivated Thinking they are the only ones going thru A Phase , A Phase where where You , See That everyone On UA-cam Is being productive 24 hours Achieving Their Goals and Still managing everything. The Reality Is far different , We all go through Various Differences , Distractions . And Its Not bad , Its a Part of Our Nature and It wont get Better If We Just try This and that. What We need a Goal , A Something Which we love to do.

1:38 that's what I felt . I am in 12th standard . I gave up my most old habit to play outside 🥲 , papa told me you can get hurt . I literally loved playing cricket , and I feel happy . I sacrifised cricket 🥲. Then I sacrifised my game on mobile , which was fun to play and make me feel good . In the end I was just studying hard , but after some days I realise I haven't been happy for long period 🥺. I think we should continue what we like and do what we must do simultaneously in a day .

Just came in 11th feeling anxious about my journey to crack JEE..had been a topper since childhood.. never left my syllabus completed everything and achieved everything I ever wanted to get But this time its gonna be tough..thank God I got this channel as I need emotional support at many time..decided to be with my parents and crack JEE with youtube as i studied 10th from here only and pw..thanks akash sir❤..will get things from your journey till JEE ans will try it to merge it with mine..and will get same result as yours.. Aakash I recommend you to sleep before 11 in the night...I think that u must not be able to focus at night on the work u are doing[probably] after following this routine im sure that u wont be able to sleep till 9 am in the morning.. start waking up from 8 am in the morning...start with alarms and then u will see u will be able to wake up at the right time without an alarm after some days...n yes do remember sleeping at right time that is before 11 in the night...so now u will be able to use your time efficiently...Hope u liked my advice for sleep schedule...I have gone through the same phase which u are goin right now...Bye!!! #ChallengeforBetterness
