    Hello Pat and Boz,
I am a person who wants to test his Strength (Absolute, Power, Relative) and endurance to identify the points of strengths and weeaknesses, meaning that I want to test my Deadlifts, Squats, Presses ...etc. to see my fitness level. How can I proceed to do that while doing the CrossFit program, any program? How can I approach that? should I test two lifts a week in a certain month? please help me with this.

    Hi Pat! Hi Adrian!
I have another question that I would like to hear your opinion on.
CrossFit has taken in many different subject matter experts over the years: Chris Hinshaw for running, the Burgener team for Olympic weightlifting and many more.
So far, there is noone from the realm of kettlebell sports, which is also very much a specialist/niche thing. During competitions I always wonder why none of the professional athletes handles the kettlebell as efficient as (Russian or Polish) pro Kettlebell athletes.
These guys and girls are able to do hundreds of clean and jerks or snatches with really heavy kettlebells.
I think CrossFit athletes could learn a lot from specific KB sports.
    What do you think?
    Best regards from Ankara 👋🏼

Speaking of competing in CrossFit, I'm hoping someone who reads these comments (or maybe Adrian himself, with his connection to CrossFit HQ) can explain CrossFit Levels and why they seem to have changed so much this year?? I have consistently qualified for and competed in Quarterfinals since they started in 2021, and just had my best-to-date finish at 275h in my age group (yes still 75 spots out from semi-finals, but getting closer)...and this year I'm considered a CrossFit level 6. In past years I was a CrossFit level 9 (which made sense to me, given I finished inside the top 10% in the Open in both my age group and for individual women overall). If I'm a CrossFit level 6, what does that mean for someone who finished 70th percentile in the Open? Are levels 7-8 for semi-finalists, and 9-10 for Games athletes? Just seems very discouraging for the 99% (or is it 99.9%?) of CrossFitters who don't make it to semis/Games
