Crazy to see how much MLS is improving. Feel like 10 years ago most MLS teams couldnt afford these facilities. Some of these facilities look like top college football facilities.
LAFC's training center is not in "Down town". Its actually nestled in a neighborhood just north of East L.A. right next to the campus of Cal State L.A. (University). But cool video.
MNUFC has a control over the vast majority of the facility seen and pumped a good amount of money into it prior to jumping up to MLS from NASL. While it could be more less than state of the art, exclusive, or preferred to some, it fits the needs more than well enough. They have control of the indoor fields, a great weight facility, access to plenty of private outdoor fields, coaching offices, and additional facilities built up. It’s also a huge marketing and PR aspect being based there. From the number of local talents they can access more readily to some of the largest youth tournaments in the world being held at the NSC, they’ll take bad with the good. Since working with the team in sales and with the academy, I’m sure they’ve built it up even more since I’ve last been to the training grounds (FO is based closer to the cities).
As others have said, Seattle's Longacres facility is now open. Your research failed you a little bit here. Saying you hope it actually comes to fruition? It opened a week after you posted the video...
Sounders moved into their new complex last week and it is absolutely sick.

Thanks for the info!
Apparently the new Sounders Longacres facility cost over $1 billion to construct
