This is actually I think the best video you made on this channel its awesome how things that Crosby does or any nhl player can be broken down into simple mechanics compared to power skating where they just say “it can’t be taught or “impossible to teach it just comes naturally” anyway good job keep up the work

Need to keep in mind when doing this that the rink you do the reps at has decent ice along the boards. The other option would be a good area of the ice along the boards and not just behind the goal.

well yes you could practice anywhere and would be nice to the rink management to not tear up one area of ice. But most of the game is behind the net and along the boards, so why not continue to practice there
