@@imstillstudying772 ahh ok yung 1400(5)? yung 1400 is yung resultant ng mga forces 200(2)+300(2)+400 dba tapos ang location nun ay sa middle ng truss. so ang 5 ay sa gitnang triangle na may distance na 10. bale dahil ang location ng resultant is sa gitna ng triangle so denivide ko ding ang distance which is 5 going to point C.
sir, bakit po naging positive yung -1400lb pagcompute ng Moment at point C? at yung 5ft po if from the center to the left dapat po ba negative? thank you po for this btw :))
Dahil po nasa right side siya ng point C and at the same time going downward ang force so it will create a clockwise rotation so positive siya pagdating sa equation ng moment pero pag sa equation ng forces vertical or Y negative siya. Pero pag going upward siya and still nasa right side it will be creating a negative moment (1400), so naka depende ang sign ng moment sa kung saan ang direction ng force at kung saan ka nag sum-up ng moment. I hope na nakatulong yung video ko.
