How to make horn button work on any aftermarket hub and fixing airbag light on IS300

I finally found a solution to make the horn button work on an aftermarket steering wheel and getting rid of airbag light on IS300.
Parts list:
Resistor: 2 Ohm 0.25 Watt resistor
Honda Part Number: 35259-SH3-A02
IS300 NRG Hub: SRK-121H
IS300 NRG Quick Release: SRK-200BK
