Love how you teach and do your videos. I couldn't wait to share you with my friend. I promised to find her a good UA-camr that can explain and teach "hooker" better than me. LOL. And you are perfect! She is now cruising along and no longer frustrated. Thank you
Wow, that is so amazing to hear. Thank you for the support and for the kind words! I'm so glad your friend is hooked on crochet and picking it up well!!
Hello Sweet Softies. Thank you so much for this video. Mine came out very cute. I love it and will make many more. May I please suggest that when starting with the magic ring PLEASE go slower each project. Its really hard to make sense of it so quickly. It may be in another tutorial of yours but to keep flip flopping is time consuming when it can just be in each one just a little slower. Even under 10-15 seconds. I have used a less bulky cotton too and love it even more!! Your videos are so pleasant. ❤
Thank you for the feedback! I appreciate it and I do have a magic ring tutorial here that may be helpful! ua-cam.com/video/p6o760S0Tuo/v-deo.html Thanks for enjoying my videos!!
Awww, I'm so happy to read your nice comment! Thank you for letting me know. I hope you had a lot of fun making the scrubbies, and will enjoy my future tutorials too! :)
@@SweetSofties it was fun, and super easy to make, but it really helped that you were easy to follow! thank you again! I hope you're well and I look forward to more amazing tutorials :) I'll be doing mine also in wool as it has an antimicrobial property and also bamboo yarn as it's highly sustainable :) all using your pattern :)
veronica montaner your comment brings me so much joy! Thank you!! I’m so glad you find the video easy to follow, that is great feedback for me! What a good idea to use those different fibers too. Happy crocheting!
It took me a couple of hours cause my hands hurt, but love it. Looks great in the multicolored yarn. Used it for the first time this morning. It's different to use, which is good to know, but it's great. Nice set too!!
I love your videos and patterns. I wish you could do one I've seen on here that is a facial scrubbie worked on both sides in BOL and FOL. I can't make out the back stitches and you teach things so easily.
Thanks for the positive feedback and idea! I haven't seen a scrubbie design worked in BLO and FLO. That sounds really interesting though!! If I can figure out how it looks and how to do it, I'd be happy to make a tutorial.
Hi, I'm so glad that this pattern inspires you! The yarn is 100% cotton so that it is more suitable for washing and absorbing water, as well as maintaining its shape/size. I have not tried using other yarns, such as acrylic, because from experience I know that they tend to stretch out. I would definitely recommend cotton if you can get your hands on cotton yarn!
Can someone tell me why I've made like 4 of these and no matter what I do they come out SUPER tiny?? Like half the size that they're supposed to be 🤣 they're stupid cute don't get me wrong but what am I doing wrong here 🤣🤣
Oh no, I'm not sure what happened! Could it be that your tension is tight, or perhaps you used a thinner yarn or a smaller hook? If it's your tension, I recommend trying a larger hook and possibly thicker yarn if you have it. You might even hold yarn doubled if yours is coming out really small. Hopet his helps!

Adorable. I just had to throw my scrubbie away so it's great timing to make one.
Yay, glad the timing worked out well!

Very pretty
Thank you so much!!
That's wow.. Thank you..
You're very welcome! :)
Thank you, I have another gift idea now! Also, does the yarn have to be cotton? Or is that only to make it softer?

Use them to cut up a dryer sheet and it will sharpen them at least that is what others have said. I mean it won't hurt.
That's an awesome tip!
Hi, could you tell me how many yards of yarn did you use for this poof?
Thank you
This took almost 55yds using bernat handicrafter cotton yarn and a size 6mm hook
is it possible to make it a little bit bigger by doing a round 4 of 4dc in each chain?
That's a good question! I haven't tried that but I think it can work.
To fix your scissors just cut through tin foil until they're sharp again.
Oh, what a fantastic trick! I'll have to try it out. Thank you for sharing!
Love it and very easy. But video does not state hook size.
I used a 6mm hook :)
@@SweetSofties thank you! I went with a 5.0 and it looks good
Can’t find the pattern, can you put it up again please.
It's in the description box, but here you are! :) Happy crocheting! www.sweetsofties.com/2019/04/bath-pouf.html
Спасибо!👍💖
How much cotton did you use? 200gr ? or 100gr? Thank you!
Hi! I'm so sorry but I didn't keep track of how much yarn I used for thsi project. My apologies!!
This used 32.5 grams of bernat handicrafter cotton yarn using a 6mm hook
What size hook?
Hi! I recommend using a 6.00mm crochet hook. ^_^ For info on that and the yarn I used, you can check out 0:33

At the seven minute mark there's not yet much action.........I won't subscribe.
