I'm a hardware engineer and the hand touchy thing you're talking about would sort of be possible. You'd need to make a glove with haptic vibration motors inside of it that can buzz on major parts of your hands like your palm and fingers. You'd then need an app that can analyse the hand movements of a person and possibly sense pressure via real-time AI monitoring and training to get the point across. Wouldn't be perfect but would love it. EDIT: Also great ASMR.
i get the 3d asmr. growing up my mom used to whisper to me random things while she ran a soft makeup brush all over my faces and up and down my arms. ever since then i watch asmr to sleep but i can only do it when i gently scratch my arms to it.
