I wish you had better tags on this video so i might have found it before I replaced the VTC with Honda's updated one. This is much easier.
I used the shorter spring first & still had the rattle noise on cold starts. Swapped to the longer spring & NO MORE NOISE!! ... some people have had success with the shorter, but I would recommend the longer to save your time
