    I feel like this should be satire but isnt, but glad it works for ya. Theres almost too much to comment on but at minimum i dont think anyone with a bad back should be bending st their knuckles are on the ground then lifting a heavy weight, let alone one that has no grip😮 and is inherently hard to grip/manipulate and is likely to drop especially if their back spazzes and they crush their foot. Leaning back and putting all the weight into spinal compression (esp bc abs arent flexed) is really asking for it but then to roll it onto the side of the neck, held by one hand with no way to prevent a roll/spin and then resting it on the side of the neck is wild. This could be done semi safely with a much smaller weight or even kettlebell + isometrics. Not to mention lifting with ur glutes on ur ankles - youll have to cut a check for that eventually

      @@ggfl6122 sorry big dawg but your going against thousands of years of manhood stones. It's more natural than you think. All of it . Lifting weights has less than 200 years, it's less safe less natural movements. I know it's hard to believe an doesn't look like its true, but it is
