    Ingredients for Aloo Methi Paratha (for 8-10 parathas )
    For Dough -
    Whole Wheat Flour - 2 cups
    Besan - 3 tbsp
    Hing - 1/4 tsp
    Salt - 1/2 tsp
    Desi Ghee - 1 tbsp
    For Stuffing -
    Methi - 250 gms (washed and chopped)
    Aloo - 3 medium size (boiled and mashed)
    Veg Oil - 1 tbsp
    Jeera - 1/2 tsp
    Crushed Ginger and green chilli - 2 tbsp
    Haldi Powder - 1/2 tsp
    Kuti red chilli powder - 1/2 tsp
    Black Pepper Powder - 1/2 tsp
    Kitchen King Masala - 1/2 tsp
    Amachoor Powder - 1/2 tsp
    Salt according to taste
    Oil/ Ghee/ Butter to roast the parathas
