Coron such a wonderful place, was there just before Christmas with my Philippine wife and her sons , spent 4 days at Zuri Resort, highly recommended it.

Woow the area is exciting to visit. Enjoy your getaway. You are a perfect reference for the places to live here in the Philippines. Thanks for doing all these great work. God bless you. Kudos!
Island hopping in Honda Bay in Puerto Princesa is a lot of fun! If you can, rent a private boat for the day for around P4500, and move among the islands as you wish....much better than being herded around in a group tour.

My sister has a three bedroom guest house on La Digue Island in the Seychelles, if you rent one room it is one hundred Euros per night and the entire house is 340 euros per night, My sister's house does not have a swimming pool. Now I understand even the most expensive island to live in the Philippines is way cheaper than living in the Seychelles. That I am comparing the most expensive Island in the Philippines with the most expensive Island in the Seychelles to live. I am sure you will not get a hotel room like this for less than 250 euros per night on La Digue.

Been to Coron in 2009, where i really appreciate its beauty. Few people and tourist the time i went there. I love to visit places with few people and tourists around 😂.
Wow the construction of these houses are next level. I can tell you in Florida my sister is spending $350,000 US now is pricing is close to $500,000 and her house we're slowly finding out is almost completely defective. Had to replace the ENTIRE air conditioning unit inside AND outside for the central air, the roof is almost 50% falling apart. All appliances that came with the house have been replaced not by choice, they shit the bed within first 3 years. We just had a $5000 plumbing repair because the builders used a bunch of wrong pipes in the downstairs bathroom we found out because sewage was backing into the neighbor's yard AND the tub in that bathroom. Plumbers showed her what was replaced. Now the tub in the in the bathroom upstairs everyone uses takes HOURS to drain and the Sinks in the master bath have the same issue. I told her to sue because all this IN 5 years is gross negligence IMO. And get this we have hurricanes as much as the Philippines has Typoons I think and the only glass in the house that's hurricane grade is the sliding back door. NONE OF OUR WINDOWS are hurricane grade. The thing that really grinded my gears was that the entire house isn't concrete/cement the bottom floor is and the upstairs is wood framed and a stucco finish in the outside. She really got suckered into this place. We're lucky we're inland in Central Florida and don't live on the coast, which is where I want to be, regardless of the storms. The beach is my inner peace. But we haven't been hit severely by a huge storm yet and I pray we don't. Mike u have really cool friends. I think this island is so magical and my definite speed and style, even though you and I are closer in age. But I don't discriminate as long as everyone's got a good vibe it works. I just say "No" to the "Karen" types and "Mr Karen"s. Lol Definitely putting this atop my list of places to I want to visit. 🫶🏻✌🏻

Philippines being an archipelago, logistics is always a challenge. Most foreigners who keeps on complaining about the cost of things in an island, they don't understand that.
