As my recent visit in Rishikesh in May 2024 with my parents, there is no any rooms available in PARMARTH NIKETAN, VANPRASTHA ASHRAM, GEETA AASHRAM etc till JULY - 2024, because of high demand in this season.
So we stayed in Hotel just behind the PARMART NIKETAN . There are too many Hotels available on this area, Price can check on Agoda or any other site.
All Ashrams have limited staff so it is not possible for them to give response of every enquiry.
As they said please try to book your rooms 2 or 3 months earlier because room are few and demand are high.
मई 2024 में अपने माता-पिता के साथ मेरी हाल की ऋषिकेश यात्रा के दौरान, इस मौसम में उच्च मांग के कारण, जुलाई - 2024 तक परमार्थ निकेतन, वानप्रस्थ आश्रम, गीता आश्रम आदि में कोई कमरा उपलब्ध नहीं है।
इसलिए हम PARMART NIKETAN के ठीक पीछे होटल में रुके। इस क्षेत्र में बहुत सारे होटल उपलब्ध हैं, कीमतें Agoda या किसी अन्य साइट पर जांची जा सकती हैं।
सभी आश्रमों में सीमित कर्मचारी हैं इसलिए उनके लिए हर प्रश्न का उत्तर देना संभव नहीं है।
जैसा कि उन्होंने कहा, कृपया अपने कमरे 2 या 3 महीने पहले बुक करने का प्रयास करें क्योंकि कमरे कम हैं और मांग अधिक है।

Green Hotel (3 star) its just behind the Parmarth. price start from 3.5 k double occupancy extra bed charges applicable.
and - Green View - hotel is also good its just behind the Green Hotel ..

1) Does room heater available in Paramarth Niketan..??
2) which floor is better for Ganga View..?? Ground floor or 1st floor..?? As I've seen in this video, due to lots of trees, the Ganga was not visible that much from the room.
I'm planning to visit here in the last week of January 2024. Please let me know as soon as possible.

m not sure for room heater availability . if you got the confirmation mail of room booking, so you can confirm from their contacts witch they provide you in attached mail.
and if you don't have problems with stairs so you can get the good view of ganga from 1st floor rooms.

1. Room preference, form booking kay time he karni padti hai orr agar aap ko conformation mail aa gai hai toh usmai contact detail hogi aap directly baat kar saktay hai. orr wha sare rules regulation bhi likhe honge plz read all. Rooms serve on first cum first basis so reach early.
2. Hamare se room charges last day liye thay. cash and UPI payments both options are available. Baki sab aapko wahi jakar he pata chalega (on reception) .
3. form fill karke check-in kay time he dena hota hai. agar mail mai mention hai ki email karo tabhi karna , otherwise nahi.
some tips ...
August is monsoon season.
- so don't forget to carry Rain coat , Umbrella and non sleepy sleepers for every person and
- carry some normal flu, stomach medicine for emergency.
- small size hot water cattle for making tea n coffee (premix) in room.
- Aarti mai aagay bethne ke liye 2 hours before jana and carry some water bottles.
- Ganga ji ka flow bohot tej hota hai monsoon mai , so bachho n buzurgo ko peeche he rakhna.

Very informative video. Any specific block which has better rooms. Like any new blocks which I can request.
Ganga Block Is good all rooms are newly well furnished. some rooms of Ganga Block are ganga facing n some are park facing .Outer construction of Ashram is old but inside everything is perfect. rest all depends on current situation when you reach.

Thanks for the information provided by you, mene bhi kal mail kiya tha for the reservations but wo reject kar diya, apki bhi 2 baar reject hone ka baad apko reservation mila tha, meri help kijiye, mujhe ye bataiye ki reject hone ke baad jo apne mail kiya tha usme kya kya likha tha jo apko 3rd time apply karne par reservation mil gaya.

yes there is no option for chose the room on website.
But you can fill your requirements in (purpose for staying at Parmarth) box and mentioned what type of room you want AC room, Non ac room, or cooler room. or we need rooms on Ground floor etc. Also mentioned we need ganga facing rooms, but ganga facing room are limited.
All rooms have at least 2 beds (some have 3 or 4), with fans, coolers or AC and attached bathrooms with Western or Indian style toilets and hot water for bath. ₹400-500 per bed per night; or ₹800-1000 per night per room with 2 beds. Rates are dependent on room type. Please discuss your preferences with guest services at check-in.
they have limited numbers of rooms of specific categories and they are allotted on a first-come/first-served basis.
And i don't think they allow Un- Married Friends in one room. for that you can book room in "One Earth Hotel" its just behind the Parmarth. and so many in that area. check on Agoda Site.

i dont think so that they count kids sepratly.
but may be can if you demand for extra bed.

you can confirm from the contact number that mentioned in confirm booking mail.
Can we use induction inside rooms
According to rules food making is not allowed in rooms. or take permission from reception (front desk persone) for using induction. maine bhi carry kiya tha but zarooat nahi padi use karne ki. they have healthy Restourant.

How to reach its parking in own car when we are coming from Delhi?
For that you have to cross "Ganga Barrage Bridge".
How to reach Ganga Barrage Bridge.
First cross haridwar and take Rishikesh Road where you cross Motichur then Nepali farms, after cross nepali arm take right to IDPL Colony that turn take you directly to Ganga Barrage Bridge where you cross ganga ji.
then take left turn for that ashram.
it is good to on your Google Maps.

If I stay at Parmarth Niketan, where can I get an auto for sightseeing?
Take a healthy walk for 5 to 10 minutes and cross the Janki Setu and you will be find lots of public transport like Autos, Battery Autos, Battery Rikshaw and Taxi.
be clear all the places you want to go, waiting time of every place and total up and down fair before book any auto.
