I don’t think the exhaust valve is getting enough oil while running is why the valve guide is moving or sticking in the guide, I’ve seen this problem on hundreds of these models engines Very common on extremely hot days also, I ask customers more questions than a doctor lolol 😊
Don’t stand on the table, were to old and will break like glass, order a new rocker arm and a new valve seal, cut the rubber out of old seal and install on exhaust and new on intake Exhaust guide will not ever move again 😊😊
