First U should find your excess time apart from the college hours. For an example if it is 6hrs, then start with 6hrs preparation. If your optional is agricultural ( I don’t know whether it is in list of optional subjects) , then concentrate the subjects in the UPSC point of view. For notes making: first you should know the complete syllabus and PYQ, so that you will get to know the news which is needed or not. Then you make one page notes for one day. However following any one of monthly compilation is must for economics & environment/science and tech.
Sir I am working in a company for 9 hrs . But willing to become a civil servant . I could not quit my job due to finances situations. How can i schedule my remaining time with proper revision and knowledge gaining sir
