    Keith you are the one that got me started on youtube and to this day are one of my all time favorites for many reasons. It has been an honor knowing you all these years and thank you for encouraging me to get started down this youtube path sharing experiences. Keep it real bro! You are the best!👊

      You both are the ones who inspired me to start my landscaping business and have the guts to take risks and have the grace to fail and get back up. Thanks for the inspiration and for making me feel like I've spent heaps of time on the job site and in the office seeing the technicalities, the successes, and failures so I can have the confidence and know-how to achieve the next step. You guys rock, God bless. Spruced Up Landscaping LLC, Franklin County, ME. Year 2

    I needed to hear this God is good I wanted to buy a new truck just to show I was successful. I started last year doing it part time.. but the equipment doesn’t mean your successful 👌🏾👌🏾👍🏽👍🏽🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾. Thanks Keith

    I’d like a new truck and quite frankly I need one…but I have savings for the first time in my life at 33, due to God giving me the ambition to own and operate a business. My window was busted in and tools were stolen, my driver door doesn’t open and I have to crawl out the passenger in literally every single shituation…….I’d rather do that in front of people than make a rash decision

    Treat others the way you want to be treated. It’s your own game. It’s like golf it doesn’t matter what other people do. You know your strengths and weaknesses in what you need to focus on better than anyone else. There will be times you perfected the swing but there will be days you are just off your game and miss, but repetition is key. You will get there. In anything you do the more you do it the better you get where it’s second nature. Just do you don’t be afraid to ask for help. People are more than willing because they might have been in your same shoes. You just need that one to believe in you to believe in yourself. Focus on you. Do things to better yourself and help others out. It will happen. You da man Keith keep It up 👍

    So true my bro. I have recently restructured my landscaping business. No more employees.. no more mowing.. no more doing what people want me to do. It’s finally time for me to do what my heart has told me by working solo and doing more skilled work. I rediscovered my passion for landscaping, and know the rest will play itself out… consistent small improvements over time will add up and eventually I will pay off debt and become more financially independent to help achieve my goals.

    Hey bro this might be off topic but I just wanted to say THANK YOU this will be my first year with my llc after dipping my feet for 2 years
    Your old videos on pricing jobs really helped me out when I was dipping my feet in the water like that one tip $1 per minute on just labor jobs but what has helped me out the most were those videos on visually measuring mulch when you said 1 parking spot is about 1 yard at 2 inches MAN that small tip has saved my ass EVERY SINGLE TIME So far
    I suck at math so that really helped

    Happiness is the end result of a person overcoming obstacles, and various form's of turmoil that initially cause a person to vibrate a low vibrational frequency. And once a person starts to methodically overcome those hurdles and obsticles - (1 at a time,) - then it builds up a natural form of confidence in your own abilities. And then the more you start to do that, the more you start to grow as a person. Your self-awareness starts to increase. Your self-doubt starts to methodically disintegrate. Your self-limiting beliefs start to fade away over time. Your natural vibration level starts to go up. And it's those traits that the higher quality women find attractive in higher quality guy's. But there's something about going through hell that (If you can overcome it) - In the long run; - is what creates a person's extasy. It's only in the contrast of the turmoil that you notice happiness and fulfillment. In other words: Joy wouldn't feel so good if it wasn't for pain. A clean bill of health is something that we all take for granted until it's been compromised.

    I agree with the content in this video. I mean, in late 2021 my intuition told me to only make money in 2022 on only the following services: Lawn Aeration, fertilizer applications, sprinkler activation, sprinkler repair, and sprinkler blowout only. And basically, gross $600k in 70 billable days gross combined throughout all of 2022 with a 75% personal gross profit margin. - With a crew of no more than 2 people, plus a call center. And like 90% of that is during the spring rush. The other day I made $600.00 in 30 seconds. And all I did was swap out a poppet and bonnet for $500.00, and activate a 5 zone sprinkler system. The poppet and bonnet only cost me $65.00 including sales tax. The customer lived 1 mile up the street from me. So my auto fuel costs was nothing.

    I spent years trying to dig my way out of debt and always thought if I had super nice things I would be happy. Now that I am making great money my goal is to have enough money and no debt so that working is 100% optional. I could buy a big house and nice cars but would have to work full time for another 30 years to pay for all of that. Totally agree that finding what makes you truly happy is so important.

    If you ever read 7 habits for Highly Effective People The author talks about Using your Heart as a Compass.
    "Rather than offering you another clock, this approach provides you with a compass - because more important than how fast you're going, is where you're headed. It's not enough to have values without vision; you want to be good, but you want to be good for something. True north principles include integrity, moderation, self-discipline, loyalty, responsibility, honesty, and patience. Just like true north is the same regardless of where you're standing in the world and which direction you're facing, principles are the same no matter your paradigms, culture, or generation"

    To be completley honest.... it sounds like your chasing the wind.
    The great King Solomon said that... which was written in the bible so that means God approved that message so thats two great people saying it.
    The bible teaches how to be content with right now, The apostle Paul had a problem with "finding success" but until he gave up his will and his vision of getting that..... Jesus gave it to Paul ........ but ....... for the GLORY of Jesus Christ not for thr glory of Paul.
    So in short words ...... STOP CHASING THE WIND pal.
    The pride of life will never be satisfied.
    the glory belongs to Jesus Christ
    to: whoever is chasing "SUCCESS"

    • @keith-kalfas
      @keith-kalfas  Рік тому

      So are you saying to give up my will and ask Jesus specifically what his will is for my life. Then follow him and use my life to glorify him?

    • @ant15488
      @ant15488 Рік тому

      @@keith-kalfas The begining of all wisdom starts with the fear of the Lord.
      Everything in this life is vanity, the only thing that last for eternity is the relationship we build with the Lord everyday.
      So yes, but that looks different for each indivisual person.
      maybe your meant to be rich but you probably wont reach that until you understand that those riches dont belong to you but they belong for the glory of Jesus Christ...

    Good stuff Keith it's not everything that you have it's not always all about how much you made and success is how you see it do you want to be rich some people do some people just want to live and just get by just like the song says More money More problems if you want the problems and you make more money or do like the song says just being simple Man and make money and be happy and enjoy being your own Boss being your employer and make money now poor person would say money isn't everything and a rich person will say money is everything and more the happiness is only inside and within the eye of the beholder in business if you let it come to you it will come to you customers will come and you have to channel with others me myself I'm subcontracted by other companies so I make money on by my own and I also make money with other companies channeling I've learned that and I'm living it I finally went on my own just last year and made $96,000 and gross and I would have never done it without you I think you overthink all this too much just let it be and have a piece of mind and dirt monkey he's the s*** he is awesome I have learned a lot off his videos especially during retaining walls he always comes up with some great stuff people should watch him more he's amazing well Keith man keep reaching for the Stars don't worry about too much about other people and just work on your business brother reach for the Stars cuz there is no limit thanks Daniel from diamond cut Landscaping.
