    He's too kind. That woman has been really ignorant and rude at times, I could never. But maybe is not just attitude, he has a lot of experience in this industry, so he knows how to get away with these kind of people: being polite and not give satisfaction to the person in front of you. As I assume this is her job, she's a truly terrible interviewer - just as it's (part of) his job to be interviewed and he's wonderful. She clearly didn't even bother to google him to see what any of his HUGE roles have been to ask intelligent questions. This makes me all the more impressed by how DT had to carry this interview forward and how much work goes into a really good interview.

    The first time I became aware of David Tennant was in the first series of the show Jessica Jones, where he played the villain Kilgrave. I was fascinated with the character and his acting - Kilgrave was evil embodied, and Tennant WAS Kilgrave. After I became a Dr Who fan and he popped up there, it took a while for my brain to switch to believing that he is now playing the hero, it was quite confusing for a bit. And now we have Crowley, who is the villain AND the hero. Oh my stars, no wonder I have such an outsized reaction when ever he appears on the screen - What is he now? Hero? Villain? Both?!? I don’t care, just never stop, David.

      I've been watching "There She Goes", a limited series in England about a couple with a severely non-verbal daughter. Written by a friend of Tennant's about his real-life situation. It's Very hard to watch.. I found one episode on UA-cam, and posted that I wish it were shown here because so many people live with similar situations. As the daughter grows, she gets more frustrated and violent. There's an older brother who tries to help, but they don't have a diagnosis, don't have a name for her disabilities. In The last episode, the doctor they've gone to for years has finally found a name for it, a defect in one chromosome from birth, very rare. It wasn't either parent's fault, it just happened. Online, they find some other families who have a child with the same thing, and at the end they meet up with a real family whose daughter is about the same age, 14. There were only a bit over 400 families who had a child with the same chromosomal defect, and there was an online group so they didn't feel Quite so alone.
      I thought it could help families here to feel Seen, less alone with such a wrenching problem. Now I've found more of the episodes. It's VERY hard to watch. I have no empathic boundaries; I can feel a small bit of what they live with. Ive a close relative who had a similar syndrome of symptoms, but it was miraculously figured out and there was rehabilitative therapy available, and he grew beyond it. But his early years felt very similar, and I remember it all so well.

      Obviously we'll never met your daughter and can never know what she really thinks and I doubt she'll ever see your comment but as an autistic person it really, really hurts hearing your parents refer to you as a challenge. You may say she'd agree with you, but sometimes we just say that to avoid conflict, then later, as adults we kinda blow up at our parents for the words they used to describe raising us. Once again, I can't speak for your daughter obviously, but a lot of us can be very sensitive about parents speaking like this about their autistic children behind their backs.@@sarahjones6686

      @Irenesinger 7 місяців тому

      Why would she? They were talking about him and his acting career. Not the small happenstance that he is Peter's son in law.

    I was so with David. In disbelief, and now not caring about his skin care routine but her’s.
    Frankly I still am, she spoke with enough authority to make me feel like she definitely knows she has the age advantage. (I know that look, I do it too.)
    So I hate to put this interviewer in the opposite position but seriously what are you using?

      I believe I've seen a clip of it where she said something like "alright, I'm 59" but it was somewhat quiet and visibly she didn't really want to say that, so maybe that's why it's not here.

    She seemed rather focused on how much money was being spent on Good Omens 2. I thought it looked kind of cheap, compared to the far-ranging location-heavy GO1.

    О, Боже, как он прекрасен! В Дэвиде великолепно всё: и голос и очаровательная внешность, и его открытость и доброта. Шотландия подарила миру ВЕЛИКОГО АКТЕРА и Человека. Но как много чудесных ролей он мог бы ещё сыграть! Например, у лучших русских режиссеров в психологических и романтических фильмах. Увы! Как быстротечна жизнь. Но Дэвид Теннант и сейчас прекрасен, с огромным талантом и опытом. Его Казанова, Кроули, Ричард и Гамлет и даже 10 Доктор войдут в классику мирового кинематографа+ тысячи тематических и фанатских роликов с ним ( а если бы у них была бы русская озвучка, просмотров были бы миллионы).
    Oh God, how beautiful he is! Everything about David is great: his voice and charming appearance, and his openness and kindness. Scotland gave the world a GREAT ACTOR and Man. But how many wonderful roles he could still play! For example, the best Russian directors in psychological and romantic films. Alas! How fleeting life is.😢 But David Tennant is still beautiful, with great talent and experience. His Casanova, Crowley, Richard and Hamlet and even 10 Doctor will be included in the classics of world cinema + thousands of thematical and fan videos with him (and if its had Russian voice acting, there would be millions of views).

    I knew from 11 i wanted to act (my year 7 teacher lighted that passion). My mum wasnt okay with me going off and doing that. So i trained to be a teacher ( which to be fair does require some decent acting skills at times). But if i hadnt of done my teaching degree i wouldnt of met my ex and thus i wouldnt of met my now husband.

    So the love between Aziraphael and Crowley will not be made a romance explicitly again? It's either that or David cannot give anything away yet.
    I would be quite sad if there was no confirmation to the nature of their relationship.

    • @drwatsonca6945
      @drwatsonca6945 9 місяців тому +3

      The best things are never confirmed. Too many times has the relationship been confirmed and people no longer watching it after. Lets allow the people watching make up their own minds and their own fantasies.

    • @letolethe3344
      @letolethe3344 9 місяців тому

      Another, sadder reason--possibly Amazon threatened to censor scenes confirming a romantic relationship so they can market it in countries that are (even more) hostile to LGBTQ+ culture. Pure speculation on my part, but Gaiman may have avoided anything definite to avoid someone else cutting stuff.
