Fire ball is such a fun spell in theory but the damage it has leaves so much to be desired. There isn't as a convenient a way to buff fire damage than there is something like lightning and the upcast is only 1d6 too. Most of the time I fireball something it ends up with a bunch of half hp enemies or something of the sort unless supplemented by something like a preplaced smokepowder barrel. It looks so nice to cast but I wish it killed something once in a while. Also yeah, my first experience with the spell was nuking my whole party as well as an ally npc back when I didn't know AoEs could hit my own characters. Those were the times...
Yet to this day I am personally still a much bigger fan of lightning bolt...and don't get me started on Chain Lightning! 😉

To answer your question A (difference between Aspirin, Ibuprofen and Paracetamol) because chat went by too quickly... Aspirin and Ibuprofen are what we call NSAIDs (non-steroid anti-inflammatory drugs). They have similar mechanism, in that they are inhibiting the production of prostacyclin, which is a pain-inducing compound. One thing to note, however, is that both may cause stomach issues (like peptic ulcers) with prolonged use since prostacyclin is responsible for stomach lining protection as well. Also, since they also inhibit the production of thromboxane, people who take NSAIDs (more specifically COX-1 inhibitors) may have a hard time with blood-clotting.
However, the difference between the two is that Ibuprofen as a compound is less potent than Aspirin. Because of that, you have to be more careful when taking Aspirin. The blood-thinning properties of Aspirin is also more potent, which is why they are sometimes prescribed as an anti-coagulant.
For Paracetamol, it's a completely different pathway (so not an NSAID), and so it is relatively less damaging to the stomach and platelets. One thing to note, however, is that prolonged used of Paracetamol may cause liver damage - but only if you take it on a daily BASIS or at an abnormally high dose...

To add onto this, chronic use of NSAIDS such as Ibuprofen can put you at risk for GI bleeding. But usually if you’re popping them daily you’ll have more of this, or if you’re already prone to bleeding. ✨the more you know never hurts ✨

I totally recommend you play fallout. Actually, fallout 3 is where I learned the art of the save scum 😂 but for ps5 I’d recommend playing fallout 4 as your first fallout game (fallout 76 doesn’t exist lol). It is gory but like in a funny way (at least to me haha). I think the humor of the fallout series is really enjoyable whether it be on or off stream.

For the record, I'm not sure if it is a UK thing or not, but the actual difference between the different common headache/pain meds is this:
Ibuprofen, Advil, and Motrin are essentially all the same thing, a type of drug known as a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID). Essentially they don't have steroids in them but their main purpose is to address the pain by helping deal with inflammation. Aspirin is also an NSAID.
This is different from Acetominophen or Tylenol, which can be taken with any other above medication. The general rule of thumb is you cannot take two NSAIDs at once, though you can take other types of pain medication. They all more or less do the same thing, but they are not *technically* interchangeable as words as each works differently and uses different dosages. In terms of if Aspirin is better or worse than other NSAIDS? That depends on each patient. Some people tolerate certain drugs better and the side effects are different for each person. Just don't take any of them in combination or above the recommended doses.

If you want a bit of back seat game selecting Fallout 4 is probably the best entry point for new players, it's the most accessible for people who haven't played action RPGs before and the look of the show is probably most heavily inspired by Fallout 4 so you will very much get that "I'm walking about in the TV show" feel.
It's also really easy to play on PS5 so you won't have much faff.
Finally, you might just encounter some familiar voices, for example, Matt Mercer voices one of the companions.

You mentioned Fallout as a possible future game, but I think a better fit for you (if you want a sci-fi RPG) would be the Mass Effect trilogy. I wouldn’t be surprised if it’s been recommended to you before, since a lot of what’s great about BG3 is also done really well in Mass Effect: compelling characters, big story choices, and a focus on your companions, their story arcs, and your relationships (romantic and otherwise) with them. Just don’t expect BG3’s level of interactivity with the world - most of what you’ll be doing is talking, shooting, or travelling from A to B in order to do more talking or shooting. But in this case those things underpin one of the most beloved stories in gaming.

For Aliona: Aspirin is that one medication you keep in your first aid kit just in case you suspect you're having a heart attack, paracetamol and ibuprofen are the go to's for pain relief depending on whether you just want relief (the former) or if you need anti inflammatories as well (UK).

30:23 Regarding Fallout, as other commenters said, Fallout 4 is probably the best starting point. It's very accessible to newcomers, there's a pet dog you can travel with, and it's discounted on the PS Store now. There's some gore (mostly limb damage), but compared to other games it's nothing super bad, and you can somewhat avoid it. Other option is Fallout 76, that's also pretty chill and even multiplayer, but you'd need two Playstations to game together
I saw someone mention Mass Effect as another game y’all play - definitely recommend the whole trilogy. It’s fun, may have to get used to the shooting in the first game as it’s a little different than most fps but I played it on easy mode my first time just to enjoy the masterpiece

you could give Fallout 4 a try but I'm afraid it won't live up to the greatness of the show at all. Its story, writing, characters etc. are far inferior to the show's. The gameplay is fun, but I sense it may not be to your tastes at all as it pretty much boils down to running around and shooting at everything.
