  • In this video, we hike through the Henry Cowell Redwood State Park. This park, located in the Santa Cruz Mountains of California, is a serene oasis of ancient redwoods and diverse ecosystems. Spanning over 4,650 acres, it offers visitors an opportunity to immerse themselves in the beauty and tranquility of nature. We took a couple of easy hikes through the redwood forests, and we were enchanted by its beauty.
We also visited the Santa Cruz Harbor Walton Lighthouse, which is an iconic landmark located at the entrance of the Santa Cruz Small Craft Harbor in Santa Cruz, California. Lillian and I loved this charming lighthouse, which is beloved symbol of the coastal community.
We accessed the Santa Cruz Harbor via a scenic walk along the breakwater, which provided an opportunity to admire the coastline and observe boats coming and going from the harbor.
Fillpot Adventures is returning to this area in the very near future because of its beauty and tranquility. We will be doing some new hikes, including the Fall Creek to Lime Kilns Trail, and the Roaring Camp Loop Trail. If you have any recommendations regarding hiking trails, please let us know in the comments!
