For the people who are asking about Moose. This video was before his injury but his surgery is coming up in the next few weeks and everyone is very optimistic about it. I appreciate all the support.
I'm a good 'OL Florida boy myself and am glad you said what you said because it was all true. Tired of hearing those northerners saying back home we have trees here in Florida there is no trees and you hit it right on point and thank you for doing that been watching your channel since you started and appreciate all of your hard work and commitment towards the channel your own blood sweat and tears(literally) into your channel. Have a great and safe night
Thank you for saying what you did about our state and way of life Mike. It breaks my heart and our politicians don’t seem to know when to say enough is enough. Developers will be the death of us.
Fellow Floridian here, the way you described the "development" is exactly how I feel. I frequently say, "This used to be a small town." West-by-god-Melbourne here
It’s happening everywhere not just here, if you want it to change you have to change the culture of moving away from your previous problems and start fixing them way easier to be said than done hence why most people move…unfortunately since they never faced it in the first place they bring their problems with them.
Damn Mike ur one of a kind brother. Holy Victoria. She’s stunning. Beautiful. Moose is a beast and ur buddy is a beast too. Skinny as hell and throwing those boars around like they’re nothing.
Give that girl Rogue a honorable mention as well. Love to see those young kids getting the job done, very exciting for this old man. The look Moose gives is it's no big deal can we go now. Love your videos Trapper Mike...
Unfortunately we live in a fallen world. Please remember though when things look bad like the world is falling apart it's not. Things are falling into place. All of these things must happen
I absolutely love seeing working dogs work. They just love it! Thousands of years working together and they just love working for us and with us. Moose is a good boy!
Your message about losing beautiful land really resonates with me. I'm starting to get involved with conservation projects around where I live, gonna do everything I can to help protect the natural beauty here in Florida
8:19 Did not know that about Bald Eagles. One of nature's perfect killing machines. Here in Arizona when I was a pilot (PPL), we had a seasonal TFR on the north side of Lake Pleasant because it's a Bald Eagle breeding area. I love knowing that just like...20 miles north of the Phoenix metro Valley, Bald Eagles are living and surviving. Very cool.
That big black one with the white band has Hampshire in its blood. I like catching the ones with some domestic in them, they usually have a bit more size and better meat. Awesome job!
I'v lived in NW FL my whole life. Trees going down, lots cleared. Apartments, condos, homes being built everywhere. Y’all Keep having babies and all the trees will eventually be cut down for their homes. I did my part, I got no kids. Don't get me wrong, I feel you are doing a great service to the state of Florida. Thank ya.
Excellent video! Got the trifecta, Hog, iguana, and python! And a nice close up catching that cottonmouth, as a bonus.. love that you always stress the importance of wilderness preservation.
Beautiful site watch those eagles. Just seen one today flying in the swamp on my wat home. Really surprised, they are allowing a tree to get cut down with an active bold eagles nest in it. Sad, it's a beautiful place. Nothing like having moss in cypress trees. Looking at some in my backyard right now.
As a Memphis Tn firemen I love your channel and have family that lives in Florida for the past 12 or so years. I agree you guys are full but thank you for accepting my family!
I agree with you buddy on the land and big trees. I don't know why the state don't just put a band on them big ones. Especially the ones that the eagles are nesting in, cause they will keep coming back to that tree even if there's houses around. Great video Mike and you do a good job out there for the state and the people that come to get a taste of it. I lived in Orlando and drilled all over the state. You take care. 👍
As someone not from Florida, nor do I live there, I need to be educated. I would've thought the gator population would take care of the invasive wildlife, but I guess that's not the case!?! That's super cool, I was unaware that Florida holds the second largest population of bald eagles! You'd think that would prompt more land preserves in the state. I love how old Florida looks, beautiful!
I live Near the Minnesota River and some times I'll see them and it's always a treat to see them. If I am needing some good news or something positive I will look for a Bold Eagle because they are usually a positive sign.
Born and raised in Hillsborough County, never much wilderness back then or now. Just enough to have some fun. Had a crazy friend, we'd go down to the H. River State Park and he had a second sense and could catch water moccasins every time, put them in bags and we would row down the river. - you could rent a canoe but who had money back then. There were plenty of water birds, turtles, water snakes, and fish you couldn't see the water was the color of Guinness beer, and gators - tiny little one and 2+ yards long badassses. He would wait until he saw a good sized one, not too big, on the bank or its eyes and pop out a water moccasin so happy to be free that it never saw the gator or after much else either. He worked for NASA until he retired.
Born in Glades County. Watched old Florida continually vanish to developers. We can't survive without trees. No care about what happens to native wildlife species. I can easily recall over a dozen bird species that have vanished in my lifetime. Breaks my heart.
I live in central Florida & I sure do miss Florida. There’s hardly any Florida left up here. Houses, houses, houses everywhere. Too many people! Just not the same as in the ‘60s & ‘70s. It’s getting worse everyday .😢
I'm in the nature coast. Plenty of old Florida around these parts. So far our county keeps the developers out. That lower Suwanee national refuge. Nothing but wood from Suwanee river north to Panama city Beach. We just don't have pythons yet.
I've never even been to Florida but I tell ya it really pisses me off to see all these places knocked down and built over. All this beautiful land that you just showed us, all the stuff on the Cleetus McFarland channel that he showed us and there's was a huge plot that Rob showed us on the Robs Aquatics channel that is just so sad to see knowing its all going to be gone.
Just lost my dream hunting lease after over a decade, only 40 minutes from downtown Tampa, on over 2,500 acres, turning into a neighborhood/golf course for snowbirds…🎉…
I spent most of my life Hog hunting so I enjoy seeing that the sport isn't gone. I used to make as much or more money catching boars than I did on my regular 40 hour job. It's funny how some people have the ability to carry such large hogs, we used to use a "rikshaw" made from 1/2 inch tubing and bicycle wheels for our organized hunts. One time however we randomly stumbled on a hog somewhere between 250-300 pounds, there were 3 of us, me and my regular hunting partner (both early 30s and 6'2'' 180-200 pounds) and an older guy (maybe 5'6'' 130-140 pounds). We lifted the hog on my back and I ran out after around 150-200 yards and switched to my partners back and he lasted around as far as I had, we went to switch back and the old little guy said Let me have the damn thing. we hoisted it onto his back and he literally ran the remaining 400 yards back to the truck. Just shows some people have abilities you wouldn't expect.
Homie don't want no part of a snake with Tourette's (Cotton Mouth). That's what snake-shot is for in my book. Good to see Moose in action teachin' those pups how to do it. Congrats on that little gal nabbing that Python like a champ.
I love to watch your videos, and I’m afraid of snakes! Here we don’t have much snakes and only venomous is adder.. (Vipera berus) Greetings from Finland! 🇫🇮
I get what you mean about everything being cut down. I feel the same way about Georgia and I miss the swamps from there, it truly is tragic everything is being overdeveloped to make room for the transplants who don’t have the local area’s best interest in mind.
It’s got nothing to do with the President. All y’all have been pouring into our state for decades. More than any other state. Plus all the developers who buy up green spaces, spread concrete on it, take their money and leave. Funny how everyone wants to talk trash about Florida but more people moving here than any other state in the country.
Not full. But it will be. Developers are snapping up all the cheaper, rural land in massive chunks in Central FL, mostly, to lure those mid westerners down. I'm sure we can more than likely Thank the Governor for his accelerated growth policies.😖
Same up here in SC bro. All the kids selling off their great grandparents to make good quick money instead off living small and hanging on to it not thinking of the memories and family times.
Ole Moose lives for those moments catching those hog. The python didn't didn't stand a chance, if Victoria can beat a brain tumor, it almost isn't fair.
Sick of all these houses built in the best part of Florida! Its getting to the point that there is not much left. A Publix where we used to hunt, just nuts.
Publix always gets in before the development happens, when the land is dirt cheap. Have you seen all of these cheesebox 3 story wooden condo apartments going up everywhere? Not sure how well they would do in some of these strong Florida storms..
For the people who are asking about Moose. This video was before his injury but his surgery is coming up in the next few weeks and everyone is very optimistic about it. I appreciate all the support.
Heres to hoping your son makes a speedy recovery mike💪💪💪
Mike, what happened to Moose? Is he going to be ok?
Really hope moose will be 100% after surgery and recovery best of luck with it 👊🏼
I'm a good 'OL Florida boy myself and am glad you said what you said because it was all true. Have a great and safe night
What happened to moose? I didn't see anything!!! Speedy recovery, baby 🙏
We all definitely need to protect the old land of Florida to protect the land and wildllife!!😊
Absolutely. It's slipping away along with much of America..
And how you gonna do that when you know damn well all the policians are in the developers pockets!
@@timb350 Well said!
100%. We don’t need any new poorly constructed developments
not going to happen. land development wins, hands down
I moved with my family to Florida in 1972. I remember some of the "Old Florida" and my heart broke to see that eagle nest tree marked to be cut down.
It's a damn what's happened to this state. So much land bought up and developed on plus all the invasive animals ruining the ecosystems.
What are the latest trends in food factory operations?
You're part of the problem. All these people move to Florida for what???
Thank you for saying what you did about our state and way of life Mike. It breaks my heart and our politicians don’t seem to know when to say enough is enough. Developers will be the death of us.
no problem, you go that right
They will politicians don't care as long as they get reelected and keep getting paid from our tax dollars
Same here in California 😢
The developers ain't every from Florida which makes it 100x worse
"or need somebody's ass beat in a bar fight". Love it. Rock on Eric.

Cowboy, it sure is a blessing to have Eric along with you and anytime you need him. What a workhorse!!! 💪
He sure is! He's a good guy

I hate how my home state is getting chopped up. But I appreciate what you do to save what's left.
Keep up the good work 👏 🙌 👍
Help preserve the natural beauty of Florida. God bless America 🇺🇸
Thank you! Will do!
*Python Cowboy* Bravo well done, thanks for taking the time to bring us along. GOD Bless.
It's very depressing. I wish I could give you your old Florida back to you I would.
Bro had two thought and could finish neither😂
Did you take it? Did you do something to make it worse?
Unfortunately we live in a fallen world. Please remember though when things look bad like the world is falling apart it's not. Things are falling into place. All of these things must happen
I absolutely love seeing working dogs work. They just love it! Thousands of years working together and they just love working for us and with us. Moose is a good boy!
I'm in Michigan and luckily I live about 20 minutes from an area where you can see eagles in one of our big fishing and hunting areas. Amazing to see
Your message about losing beautiful land really resonates with me. I'm starting to get involved with conservation projects around where I live, gonna do everything I can to help protect the natural beauty here in Florida
I'm sorry to see the wild areas go as well. Next thing you know, house boats will start invading the Everglades...
8:19 Did not know that about Bald Eagles. One of nature's perfect killing machines. Extremely refreshing to hear you talk about the natural beauty and greenery....so much development.
Beautiful Florida. My hubby is was born and raised in Florida and we can’t wait to get back!
That big black one with the white band has Hampshire in its blood. I like catching the ones with some domestic in them, they usually have a bit more size and better meat. Awesome job!
Good to see Warren again. Hurricane fam! Too bad we lost him to colorado.

Man, wicked sad to hear that patch will be gone soon. I feel for you bud. Keep on keeping on.
No laws concerning eagles nest in Florida?
Bravo, Florida Cowboy Gentlemen !!! 👍👍 ❤️
Python cowboy what a very interesting video you all do a absolute fantastic job
Excellent video! Got the trifecta, Hog, iguana, and python! And a nice close up catching that cottonmouth, as a bonus.. love that you always stress the importance of wilderness preservation.

That's a lotta Egg McMuffins. 😎👍 But it is sad to see the last of these Old Florida landscapes being obliterated, to make way for more development.
As a Memphis Tn firemen I love your channel and have family that lives in Florida for the past 12 or so years. I agree you guys are full but thank you for accepting my family!
Thanks as always for bringing us along Trapper Mike. Love getting to see the beauty of Florida.

Totally agree with you about the uncontrolled "growth". It is really sad to see what is happened and what is happening!
Moose & ole Sapp-head ... What a team ... Thx Cowboy

I love the Stag Horn fern in the background. My parents started one when I was born..... This many years later I still have it.
Water Moccasins hold a damn grudge! I always give em a wide berth.

Love watching the way the dogs work. That hog had a good few BBQs in him!
Moose got that warrior stare
Always love it when *python cowboy* uploads a video *love from central Florida*
Thanks for watching!

“Don't it always seem to go, you don't know what you've got 'til it's gone.” That wonderful lyric, from a classic Joni Mitchell song
Good to see you and Moose. Fun time. For all. I hadn't noticed how long your beard has gotten, looks good. Stay safe Mike. Can't win with out you.
Moose looked proud of himself! ❤
How do you protect your dogs from water mockissans???
I live in central Florida & I sure do miss Florida. There’s hardly any Florida left up here. Houses, houses, houses everywhere. Too many people! Just not the same as in the ‘60s & ‘70s. It’s getting worse everyday .😢
First time... on your channel, LOVE IT... WANT MORE OF IT !!!!
My mom grew up in coastal Georgia and just in her lifetime the level of development is absolutely astonishing.
Look forward to your videos. Enjoy all of them.🇺🇸

Always love the content trapper Mike! Keep doing what your doing
Magical place. So sad.
Right on Eric
Yep I would like to see how ya handle a TIPAN LOL 😂. NASTY MAN GO UP TREE FAST.😊
Thanks for sharing your adventures, NC USA 🇺🇸
I'm so addicted to your channel!
Just lost my dream hunting lease after over a decade, only 40 minutes from downtown Tampa, on over 2,500 acres, turning into a neighborhood/golf course for snowbirds…🎉…
That's just awful. I can't imagine.
See it all over.. San Antonio, Zephyrhills, Leesburg area, Bellamy Bros. Rd. Keystone is fighting to keep it rural there..
Enjoyed the content, nice narration, edits and hoggies + doggies :)
As always, great video. Thank You.

Good content Mike. Being busy is good for the business, bad for the ecosystem. There's still a lot of non-native species to catch.
Sapp just randomly appearing was funny! Good Work
It was good to see you at the Hospital Python Cowboy keep up the good work
Love seeing your crew out there! How's Moose doing after surgery?
He's going to have surgery in the next couple weeks. This video was before his injury but they say he's gonna do just fine. Thanks for asking
City I live in used to be full of orchards. Now most are gone and replaced with apartments 😢
Eric is my hero! BEAST-mode.
Moose wasn't keen to go out in the rain
Outstanding people and performance. Great video !
I love to watch your videos, and I’m afraid of snakes! Here we don’t have much snakes and only venomous is adder.. (Vipera berus) Greetings from Finland! 🇫🇮

Moose!!! Its been a while buddy 💗
You stated your state is full, well thank our wonderful president for that. I love all y'all and your channel ❤
Don't get me started lol
It’s got nothing to do with the President. All y’all have been pouring into our state for decades. More than any other state. @@4tuneagent I don't live in Florida, and yes my state is full. But I do agree with your statement.
That ol' boy gonna pay dearly for all that heavy lifting in a few years.
Bro, if I ever make my back down into Florida I'm definitely looking you up💯🤙😎
that place and the trees are so pretty
This is one of my favorite shows
Everything on this video was a stuf 🔥😘
I get so excited every time I see a Python Cowboy Notification, 😊
Ole Kissimmee bay country club, caught a few hogs from behind it barred a lot out surprised there still in there
Hats off to Eric and the Krew
i grew up in Florida palm bay it was a boom you see stirp mall not doing good grew to fast you build it thay well com
What a shame to see the wilderness vanish like that.
A damn shame , landowner only thinks in dollars, save the last places of original green
Big boy!! A 200 lb boar is no joke!!
You oughtta make some python and iguana cowboy hat bands since you’re the cowboy! A nice buckle and a thin strip of leather is all you need!
Same up here in SC bro. All the kids selling off their great grandparents to make good quick money instead off living small and hanging on to it not thinking of the memories and family times.
