Thank you for sharing your brilliant videos. I watched many of your them took by Sony RX100 IV personally they are better than the TG6 in terms of video quality, right? The TG6 has a better marco reproduction than the Sony, not unless you gear up with diopter I believe Sony doesn't meet your expectation. Did you test the newest model RX100 VII?
thanks for your comment. in video quality, sony rx100 series is definitely better than TG6 even both are 4K. but in macro part, sony rx100 is no good in magnification, must be in its physical lens design, so, shooting marco , TG is easier to work, but quality is another thing.

@@markcheng5180 it really depends on what's your most work, wide angle more? or macro more? honestly, i never use rx100vii, but as far as i know, rx100vII it's still the same , the macro part is really pain in the ass , u can shoot macro, but it's still need diopter to work with, and the focus distance is so short, really hard to work. about the diopter, i have moby, it can make much bigger magnification than SMC, (i have tried SMC before), but the focus distance is damn short, very hard to work. so, it's really on your depend, if you choose rx100, face it, macro is not a easy job. wide angle is ok. in video mode is 28mm, enough, but not very wide, u can add a wider wet lens outside.

TG7? no, i don't think TG7 will come in the near future, TG6 is just coming release not for very long
