    Punam ji, kya fry karne ke liye alag se kadahai rakhni chahiye. Aur Jo oil Bach Jata hai usko reuse kar sakte hain ya fenak dete hai. Please guide Karen.

      Fry karna hai tou kadhai rakhni padegi, par koshish karen ki chhoti kadhai rakhe aur jitna zaroori ho utna hee oil daale.Bache hue oil mei dobara fry karna avoid karen. Bache hue oil ko sookhi subzi banane mei use kar len.

      @@pinkygoyal2146 Bhatura is made from maida only, and also has baking powder and soda, if not using yeast. One may call it atte ka bhatura! Or as someone jokingly said on a fb group, 'Pathura'!!!
      I have known this as khamiri poori since my childhood.

      Yes Rachna, you could make this without maida. However the taste would be different. At home I have made both ways for my family. They like the maida version better.

    Poonam ji meri poori Kay payday Mai crake pad jata hai jissay vah fulti nahi hai.......oil bhar jata hai please koi tip bataay thanks.

      Madhu, poori ke dough ko smooth cylindrical log ki shape mei roll kar len. Phir jis size ka payda chahiye oosi size ke pieces knife se cut kare (hand se na karen). Ek piece ko haath mei pehle flat kar le, phir haath mei gumate ghumate round shape ka kar len. Isse payde mei cracks nahi aayenge.
