Hell it was $1.25 here in St. Clair county, AL in most of 2020. Adjusting for inflation, that’s by far the cheapest I’d ever seen it in my near 28 years of life. It was probably $1 here when I was too young to remember it, but considering money was valued higher before the Great Recession, it would’ve been at about where it’s at now, I think. But yeah, we all know what happened though… the economy is being destroyed on purpose.
When it comes down to children and pets being put in harms way - i can't watch even when we know it's going to have a good ending. These animals who do so much damage to others, has made me feel okay with the death penalty in these instances.
I remember this incident at the electronics store in South Sacramento. I also remember feeling badly for the customers being held hostage and the local citizens, many who are too poor to move away from the area. I try to remember that not everyone living in a bad neighborhood is a criminal and that some good people who are struggling to get by cannot afford to move out of that environment.
